The V70 Elite’s 6.59-inch display is 0.28 inches larger diagonally than the X300 FE’s 6.31-inch screen. Both are AMOLED panels with a listed 120 Hz refresh rate. Choose based on how much screen space you want: the V70 Elite offers more room, while the X300 FE is the smaller phone by screen size. Their weights vary by V70 Elite color: it is 187 g in Authentic Black and 194 g in Passion Red or Sand Beige, compared with 191 g for the X300 FE.

Which phone has the better camera?
Both phones list a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera. The V70 Elite’s listed rear cameras carry ZEISS branding, and its front camera is also described as ZEISS autofocus. The X300 FE lists a 50 MP autofocus front camera.
Telephoto features
vivo describes the X300 FE telephoto as a 50 MP Sony IMX882 sensor with 3× optical zoom. vivo also says its ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is compatible with the X300 FE; the accessory is sold separately, not included with the phone. The V70 Elite lists a 50 MP ZEISS Night telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom and advertises 4K video at 60 fps with zoom clarity. What specifications can—and cannot—settle
Megapixel counts and branding do not establish a camera-quality winner. For a meaningful comparison, look for controlled tests of the exact India models, including telephoto, ultra-wide, selfie and video performance. The reviewed sources do not provide a reliable independent, controlled camera comparison of these two phones.

Both phones list a 6500 mAh typical battery and 90 W wired charging. Their rated capacities differ: 6350 mAh for the X300 FE and 6320 mAh for the V70 Elite. The X300 FE additionally lists 40 W wireless charging; wireless charging is not listed on the official V70 Elite specification pages reviewed.

In a 91mobiles page snapshot accessed in 2026, the Amazon offer displayed was ₹99,999 for the X300 FE and ₹70,526 for the V70 Elite—a difference of ₹29,473 between those displayed offers. This is a dated marketplace snapshot, not a stable official price; seller, variant, discounts and stock can change. Check the live listing and exact memory configuration before comparing.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the X300 FE if you prefer a smaller screen, want the listed Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, need wireless charging, or want the option of vivo’s compatible telephoto extender.
- Choose the V70 Elite if a larger screen matters more, or if its current verified seller offer is substantially lower. It still lists a 50 MP telephoto camera.
- Compare matching storage configurations. Both models have 256 GB and 512 GB options, but the RAM combinations differ. Check the specific variant attached to each price.
- Do not pick a camera or battery winner from specifications alone. The listed hardware is comparable, but the available sources do not establish a controlled, independent winner for image quality or runtime.
