The vivo X300 FE is the smaller, more premium-priced option, with an AMOLED display, a dedicated telephoto camera, and wireless charging. The iQOO Z11x costs far less in its published India launch prices and offers a larger LCD screen and higher stated battery capacity. The better fit depends on whether you value compactness and camera flexibility or a bigger display and lower price—not on specifications alone.

The cited X300 FE prices are inclusive of taxes, according to vivo. The August list includes a new 8GB/256GB variant; vivo’s May 2026 announcement had introduced the phone at a starting price of ₹79,999, which is a separate earlier launch figure. iQOO also mentioned conditional launch offers, so its listed launch prices should not be confused with an offer-dependent net effective price.

Which screen suits you?
Choose the X300 FE for a smaller AMOLED panel
The 6.31-inch display makes the X300 FE the more compact choice on the published screen size, and vivo lists the handset at 191g. Its AMOLED panel has a higher listed resolution than the Z11x. Those figures describe panel specifications, not a guarantee of better viewing quality in every setting.
Choose the Z11x for a larger display
The Z11x’s 6.76-inch LCD gives it the larger screen area on paper, which may suit readers who prefer more room for video, reading, or on-screen controls. Its resolution is 1080 × 2408 at 120Hz. A comparable Z11x weight and dimensions were not stated in the cited launch material, so screen size alone does not establish how it feels to hold.

1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteCamera hardware: telephoto versus a simpler rear setup
X300 FE has three distinct rear camera modules
vivo lists a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and an 8MP wide-angle camera. The dedicated telephoto module gives the X300 FE a hardware option for zoomed-in framing that the Z11x’s listed rear setup does not include. vivo describes its telephoto camera as supporting 3x, 10x, and 20x zoom through its AI True Clarity Engine; that is the manufacturer’s description, not an independent camera test. The compatible ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is sold separately, and its current availability and price are not established here.
Z11x lists a main camera and depth sensor
iQOO lists a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera and a 2MP depth/bokeh camera. The hardware lists do not establish comparative photo quality, low-light performance, or video results. For selfies, vivo lists a 50MP autofocus front camera and iQOO lists a 32MP front camera; megapixel counts alone do not determine which produces better results.

Battery capacity and charging are different trade-offs
iQOO lists a 7200mAh battery for the Z11x, compared with 6500mAh for the X300 FE. That is a capacity difference, not proof of longer real-world battery life: usage, display settings, software, and other conditions matter, and no comparable battery test is established by these specifications.
The X300 FE lists 90W wired FlashCharge and 40W wireless FlashCharge; the Z11x lists 44W charging. The figures indicate that vivo specifies faster wired charging and adds wireless charging, but they do not establish actual charging times under matching conditions.

Published update commitments
Both phones are listed with OriginOS 6. vivo says the X300 FE will receive five years of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. iQOO says the Z11x will receive two years of OS updates and four years of security updates. These are manufacturer commitments; the cited announcements do not describe an independent verification of update delivery.
Water and dust resistance
vivo lists IP68 and IP69 under IEC 60529 testing. It warns that resistance is tested under controlled conditions, is not permanent, can diminish with wear, and may not mean liquid damage is covered. iQOO’s launch material states IP68 and IP69+ resistance for the Z11x. Neither rating should be translated into “waterproof.”
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the vivo X300 FE if you want the smaller listed screen, AMOLED, a dedicated telephoto and wide-angle camera setup, wireless charging, or the longer update commitment stated by vivo—and are comfortable with its much higher published price tier.
- Consider the iQOO Z11x if a larger screen, higher stated battery capacity, and a lower listed launch-price tier matter more than a dedicated telephoto camera or wireless charging.
- Compare current listings before deciding if price is the deciding factor: the prices above come from announcements in different months, not a live matched-variant retailer check.
For the X300 FE, vivo says the box includes a phone case and USB power adapter, so those items should not be treated as required add-ons. Its separately sold telephoto extender is an optional accessory, not part of the phone specification.
