Its three-camera rear setup includes a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, alongside a stabilized 50MP main camera and an 8MP fixed-focus wide-angle camera. That makes it the clearer specifications-based fit if you want a dedicated telephoto lens rather than relying on a main camera and ultrawide pair.
Consider the iQOO 15T if you want a large, high-refresh display and larger battery
The iQOO 15T’s 6.82-inch, 3168 × 1440 AMOLED panel is listed with refresh rates up to 144Hz. Its 8,000mAh typical battery exceeds the X300 FE’s listed 6,500mAh typical capacity, and its wired charging is rated at 100W. These specification differences favor the iQOO for buyers prioritizing screen size, refresh ceiling, and battery capacity; they do not prove longer real-world battery life or better performance.

Megapixel counts alone cannot establish which phone takes better photos or video. The available manufacturer specifications do not provide a comparable camera test, so choose based on the lens types and features you are likely to use, not on a claim of overall camera superiority.
Prices and storage configurations
The two official pages use different markets and currencies. The vivo India store page displayed ₹94,999 for the selected 12GB+256GB 5G model, with an MRP of ₹119,999 when accessed. The price and any promotion can change.

There is no reliable direct price difference to calculate from these listings: one is an India retail price and the other is a China recommended price. The iQOO 15T lists an 8,000mAh typical battery and a 7,845mAh rated capacity, with 100W flash charging and OTG reverse charging. The X300 FE India listing gives 6,500mAh typical and 6,350mAh rated minimum capacity, plus 90W FlashCharge. vivo specifies using the original charger and cable for maximum supported charging. Capacity and charging ratings do not by themselves predict screen-on time or charging duration; actual use, network conditions, and other factors matter.
Regional availability and features to verify
The specifications are not interchangeable across countries. The iQOO 15T page describes the China all-network version, model V2564A, and lists China-market network bands and dual nano-SIM. The X300 FE store page is for India and lists regional cellular bands, dual-SIM options including eSIM configurations, Bluetooth 6.0, USB 2.0, and 191g weight. Network support depends on carrier, infrastructure, and software, so confirm band and SIM compatibility for the specific phone and carrier.
Another regional distinction matters for the X300 FE: vivo’s Singapore specification page lists IP68/IP69 ingress ratings and 40W wireless charging in addition to 90W wired charging, but those features are not listed in the India store specification section. Do not assume the Singapore features apply to an India unit or another market; check the local model’s specifications and warranty.
Buying checklist
- Compare prices in the same country and for the same RAM and storage configuration.
- Check local network bands, SIM or eSIM support, and warranty coverage for the exact regional model.
- Choose by camera layout: the X300 FE lists a telephoto lens; the iQOO 15T lists a higher-resolution main camera and an ultrawide.
- Confirm the exact package contents. The India X300 FE bundle lists a USB power adapter and phone case, as well as a USB-C cable, eject tool, applied screen protector, and warranty card.
- For the iQOO 15T, confirm local availability and service support before importing or purchasing a China-market model.
What specifications cannot settle
The official pages establish hardware and listed configurations, not which processor is faster in real use, which camera produces better results, or which phone lasts longer under the same workload. No comparable independent head-to-head benchmark or review is established here. Treat this as a specifications comparison: the X300 FE’s listed advantages are its smaller size and dedicated telephoto camera; the iQOO 15T’s are its larger 144Hz display and higher battery capacity.
