On India listings accessed on October 7, 2026, vivo displayed ₹94,999 for the X300 FE 12GB/256GB, while Infinix listed the Note Edge from ₹22,999 for 6GB/128GB. That ₹72,000 difference compares different memory and storage configurations, not like-for-like variants.
India prices: a large gap, but not a matched comparison
The prices below were displayed on the manufacturers’ India pages accessed on October 7, 2026. They can change with discounts, stock and variant availability, so check the exact configuration and checkout price before buying.

The vivo specifications page lists 8GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB variants, while its store listing also shows 12GB/256GB; configurations may differ between pages. Infinix advertises virtual memory expansion, which is not the same as physical RAM. Check the vivo India store listing and Infinix India product listing for current offers and availability.

Screen size and handling are a clear dividing line
The X300 FE’s 6.31-inch display makes it the smaller-screen choice in this pairing. The Note Edge’s 6.78-inch curved AMOLED panel gives more screen area, which may suit people who prefer a larger display for video, reading or games. The trade-off is straightforward: choose based on the size and shape you want to hold, rather than treating the larger diagonal as an automatic upgrade.
Infinix states peak brightness up to 4500 nits for the Note Edge. That is a manufacturer figure, not an independent measurement or a guarantee of sustained brightness in every setting. The listed display specifications alone do not establish which screen looks better in real-world use.
Camera hardware favors the vivo’s focal-length range
On the published rear-camera specifications, the X300 FE offers three distinct cameras: a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and an 8MP wide-angle camera. That gives it dedicated telephoto and ultrawide options beyond the main camera.
Infinix lists a 50MP main camera for the Note Edge, but the reviewed product page does not establish a comparable telephoto and ultrawide system. This is a difference in listed camera hardware, not proof of better photos: the available specifications do not provide independent image-quality comparisons. vivo’s X300 FE overview also promotes a ZEISS telephoto extender; check compatibility and current availability separately if that accessory interests you.

Battery capacity is equal on paper; charging power is not
Both manufacturers list a 6500mAh battery. vivo specifies 90W wired FlashCharge for the X300 FE, compared with 45W charging for the Note Edge. Those capacity and wattage figures do not establish which phone lasts longer between charges: real-world endurance depends on usage and other factors, and no independent battery comparison is established here.
Infinix claims the Note Edge can charge to 50% in 27 minutes and to 100% in 62 minutes under its stated conditions. Those are the manufacturer’s charging claims, not independently verified results or a controlled comparison with vivo’s phone.
Water and dust ratings: understand what the numbers say
vivo lists IP68 and IP69 for the X300 FE; Infinix lists IP65 for the Note Edge. These are different published ingress-protection ratings, but they do not make either phone indestructible. Treat them as a specification distinction, not permission to expose a device to damage or to assume that warranty coverage includes liquid damage.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the vivo X300 FE if you want the smaller 6.31-inch form, dedicated telephoto and wide-angle rear cameras, and the higher listed IP ratings—and those features justify the much higher displayed price for you.
- Choose the Infinix Note Edge if you would rather have a larger curved screen and a substantially lower entry price, and a 50MP main camera meets your needs.
Neither set of published specifications proves a general performance or value winner for every buyer. The listings provide no independent side-by-side performance tests, and they do not establish comparative long-term software support. Decide using the exact India variant and price available to you, alongside the screen size and camera hardware you will actually use.
