At the 91mobiles listed prices checked in October 2026, the vivo X200T costs ₹59,999 and the POCO X8 Power 5G costs ₹35,999. Gadgets 360 reported a conditional POCO launch effective price of ₹32,999 after a ₹2,000 coupon plus a ₹1,000 bank offer or exchange bonus. That depended on qualifying for the offer; it should not be treated as a universal or currently available price. vivo’s official store showed its 12GB+256GB listing as unavailable with a ₹79,999 MRP during the same research period, so the store MRP and comparison listing are different price bases. Where the phones differ in everyday use
Performance: stronger chipset on paper in the vivo
The X200T’s Dimensity 9400+ has the higher stated chipset tier and clock speed in this comparison than the POCO’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 5. That makes the vivo the more plausible choice if you prioritize processor capability, but specifications alone do not establish real-world gaming frame rates, sustained performance or app-loading differences. Cameras: telephoto hardware versus a simpler rear setup
vivo lists three 50MP rear cameras, including a telephoto, alongside the main and ultra-wide cameras. POCO launch coverage reports a 50MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide. The hardware gives the vivo a dedicated telephoto option, but megapixel counts and camera configuration do not prove which phone takes better photographs; that requires comparable testing across shooting conditions.

POCO states a 10,000mAh battery, compared with the vivo’s 6,200mAh typical capacity. POCO also reports 100W wired charging and 27W wired reverse charging; vivo supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The POCO has the larger stated capacity, while the vivo is the option here with wireless charging. Battery size and charging ratings do not by themselves establish how long either phone lasts in a given user’s routine or how quickly it charges in practice.

Screen size, resolution and carrying weight
The POCO’s 6.83-inch display is larger than the vivo’s 6.67-inch panel. The vivo lists a 2800 × 1260 resolution; POCO’s launch coverage gives 1280 × 2772 and calls it 1.5K. The vivo is also lighter at 203g or 205g depending on colour, versus 229g for the POCO. Prefer the POCO if screen size matters most; the vivo is the lighter option in these published specifications.
Software support: POCO’s reported commitment
Both phones are reported with Android 16-based software: OriginOS 6 on vivo and HyperOS 3 on POCO. Gadgets 360’s POCO launch coverage reports four OS upgrades and six years of security patches. The official vivo specifications reviewed do not state an update-duration commitment, so the available information does not support a direct comparison of promised support periods.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the vivo X200T if you value the higher-tier chipset on paper, a dedicated telephoto camera, wireless charging, a higher-resolution listed display, or the lighter body enough to pay the higher listed price.
- Choose the POCO X8 Power 5G if your priorities are lower listed cost, a substantially larger stated battery, a bigger display, wired reverse charging, or the software-support commitment reported in launch coverage.
Before deciding, compare the same RAM and storage configuration and verify the live price and offer terms. vivo lists 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB configurations; the POCO launch report describes up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. A lower advertised price may reflect a coupon, bank eligibility or exchange rather than the standard listing.
What the specifications cannot tell you
The cited specifications do not settle which phone has better camera results, longer battery runtime or faster gaming performance in actual use. Those conclusions need comparable independent testing, not just component names, battery capacity or charging wattage.
