Which has the stronger performance hardware?
The X200T lists MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+, while the Z11 lists the Dimensity 7500 Turbo. That makes the X200T the stronger choice on listed chipset tier and gives it the more premium hardware profile on paper. The X200T also comes with 12GB RAM in both listed configurations; the Z11 offers more entry-level memory and storage choices.
These specifications do not establish a real-world speed margin. The comparison page includes benchmark figures, but the test methodology and conditions have not been established here, so they are not a sound basis for predicting performance in a particular game or workload. See the vivo X200T specifications and the iQOO Z11 India E-Store listing for the manufacturers’ listed hardware.

Which phone offers more camera flexibility?
The X200T has three 50MP rear cameras, including a dedicated telephoto camera. The Z11 has a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide, with no telephoto camera listed. If you want a separate zoom camera and more rear-camera options, the X200T is the more versatile setup by specification.
Megapixel counts and camera lists do not prove which phone takes better photos. Image quality depends on factors such as lenses, processing and shooting conditions; this comparison does not include independent camera tests.

Is the Z11 screen better because it is larger and faster?
The Z11 has a 6.83-inch AMOLED screen, compared with the X200T’s 6.67-inch panel. Both are listed at 2800 × 1260 resolution. iQOO lists a 144Hz refresh rate for the Z11; 91mobiles reports 120Hz for the X200T. The Z11 therefore has the larger panel and higher reported refresh rate, which may appeal if screen size and smooth scrolling are priorities.

Refresh rate alone does not establish how consistently a display runs at that rate or how it affects battery use. For the X200T’s display figure, see the 91mobiles comparison; iQOO’s official listing is at its India E-Store.

How do battery capacity and charging compare?
vivo lists the X200T battery at 6200mAh typical capacity and 6060mAh rated capacity. iQOO lists a 7050mAh battery for the Z11. The Z11 has the larger stated capacity, but capacity alone cannot show which phone lasts longer: screen settings, network conditions, software and workload all affect endurance.
The X200T supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The Z11 lists 44W wired charging, with no wireless charging listed in the cited product details. Charging speeds are manufacturer specifications, not a promise of a particular time to full; actual results can depend on conditions and accessories. The figures are on the vivo specifications page and iQOO store page.

What is the price difference in India?
There is no like-for-like price gap established by the available listings. On 7 October 2026, the vivo India E-Store displayed ₹79,999 for a selected X200T 12GB + 256GB model, identified that amount as MRP, and marked the model unavailable. On the same date, the iQOO India E-Store displayed ₹39,999 for a selected Z11 8GB + 128GB model, with MRP shown as ₹55,999. These are different memory/storage configurations, and the X200T listing was unavailable, so subtracting them would not give a useful current buying comparison.
As a separate market snapshot, 91mobiles listed ₹59,999 for the X200T and ₹34,999 for the Z11 when its comparison page was accessed on 7 October 2026. Gadgets 360 listed Z11 prices from ₹35,876 for 6GB + 128GB to ₹49,999 for 12GB + 256GB, and gives the India release date as 20 August 2026. These third-party figures are not universal official prices and may reflect different sellers, stock or updates.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose the vivo X200T if
- You want the higher-tier chipset listed for this comparison.
- A dedicated telephoto camera and three 50MP rear cameras matter to you.
- You value IP68/IP69 protection as specified by vivo.
- Wireless charging is important, alongside faster listed wired charging.
Choose the iQOO Z11 if
- You prefer a larger display and the higher refresh rate reported for its panel.
- You want the larger stated battery capacity.
- You want more RAM/storage configurations, including lower-memory options.
- Its current like-for-like checkout price is materially lower than the X200T’s.
Neither is simply “better overall”: the X200T leans toward premium chipset and camera hardware, while the Z11 emphasizes screen size and battery capacity. The right pick depends on those priorities and the actual price for the variants you can buy.
