Which phone has the better camera?
The published hardware shows different camera propositions, but it does not establish which phone takes better real-world photos. The Pro already has a 200MP telephoto alongside 50MP main and ultrawide cameras, so it would be inaccurate to frame the Ultra as the only model with a high-resolution zoom camera.

The Ultra’s notable documented option is vivo’s ZEISS 2.35× teleconverter, designed for its 85mm telephoto and described by vivo as extending it to an equivalent 200mm focal length. vivo identifies support only for the X200 Ultra. What the specifications cannot tell you
Camera resolution and lens specifications are not independent image-quality results. Choose the X200 Pro if
- The lower China launch price is relevant to the offer you can actually buy.
- A 200MP telephoto and the Pro’s published camera configuration meet your needs, without requiring the Ultra’s model-specific converter option.
- You can obtain a version with software, network support, and warranty suitable for your location.
Consider the X200 Ultra if
- You specifically want its newer camera system and the option to use vivo’s compatible 2.35× teleconverter.
- You have verified the exact regional version, carrier-band compatibility, warranty, and any import costs before purchase.
The Ultra’s higher historical China launch price alone does not establish whether it is worth more at today’s retail prices. Current local prices, stock, and authorized availability are not established by these launch listings.
