The X200T prices are from vivo’s X200T India launch announcement and its store listing. The Pro launch price is from vivo’s 19 December 2024 sale announcement; the later displayed price is from its store listing. Current retailer prices and active offers were not checked.
Which phone has the more capable telephoto setup?
X200 Pro: higher-resolution telephoto hardware
vivo lists a 200MP OIS telephoto camera with 3.7× optical zoom on the X200 Pro. Its launch material describes a ZEISS APO telephoto camera and advertises up to 100× HyperZoom. These are manufacturer specifications and feature claims; they do not establish how the camera compares in real-world image quality.
X200T: 50MP telephoto with a stated zoom range
vivo describes the X200T’s telephoto as a 50MP ZEISS Super Telephoto camera with a 70mm-equivalent focal length, optimized for the 3×–10× zoom range. The launch announcement also promotes its 50MP main camera. That published positioning supports a distinction in hardware and features, not a tested verdict that one phone takes better photos.

Battery, charging and display differences
The X200T lists a 6200mAh typical battery, versus 6000mAh typical for the Pro. Both list 90W wired charging, while the X200T also lists 40W wireless charging. Capacity figures alone do not establish which lasts longer in everyday use; no comparative battery-life test is available here.
Both displays are listed at 2800 × 1260 resolution. The Pro’s screen is 6.78 inches, compared with 6.67 inches for the X200T, so the main stated distinction is size rather than resolution.

Software, updates, and connectivity to check
The India product pages show Funtouch OS 15 with Android 15 for the X200 Pro and OriginOS 6 for the X200T. vivo’s December 2024 X200 series sale release promised four OS updates and five years of security updates for the series. Because that statement predates the X200T launch and the X200T announcement reviewed here does not specify its own update duration, confirm the support term with vivo before treating the older promise as applicable to the X200T.
The Pro’s listed USB standard is USB 3.2 Gen 1; the X200T lists USB 2.0. If you regularly transfer large files by cable or depend on wired accessories, check that difference against your needs. The X200T page lists Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7, while both pages list Bluetooth 5.4. For mobile-network features, vivo’s X200T Dual SIM Dual Active qualification depends on supported bands, carrier SA/VoNR deployment, network conditions and software version.
Which one should you choose?
- Choose the X200 Pro if the 200MP telephoto hardware and listed 3.7× optical zoom are your priority, or you want its larger listed display and 16GB + 512GB configuration.
- Consider the X200T if wireless charging, the higher stated typical battery capacity, or a smaller display matters more. Its published configurations also include 12GB + 512GB, but check its actual price and stock before comparing it with the Pro.
- Compare prices only after matching storage tiers. The visible store prices and launch prices come from different dates and configurations, and the captured Pro listing was unavailable.
- Verify software support and connectivity for your use. The phones list different OS labels and USB standards, and an X200T-specific update duration is not stated in the launch material cited above.
Neither the listed processor specifications nor battery capacities establish which phone performs faster or lasts longer in practice. The official materials cited here do not provide neutral head-to-head tests for performance, battery life or camera image quality.
