There is no reliable single price difference to quote: observed listings vary by retailer, storage configuration and stock status. Display: larger panel on X100, LTPO specified
The X100 has the larger screen at 6.78 inches and specifies 8T LTPO AMOLED technology. The X200T’s listed display is 6.67 inches. Both list 2800 × 1260 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The specification difference makes the X100 the clearer fit if screen size or the stated LTPO panel matters most; it does not by itself establish which display looks better in use.

Performance: newer listed chipset on X200T
The X200T lists the Dimensity 9400+, compared with the X100’s Dimensity 9300. That makes the X200T the newer-chipset choice on paper, but no matched benchmark of these India variants is established here, so the specifications do not support a numerical performance advantage.
Cameras: different telephoto approaches
The X100 lists a 64MP telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom. vivo describes the X200T’s 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto as a 1/1.95-inch sensor with an f/2.57 aperture and 70mm-equivalent focal length, and advertises up to 100× ZEISS HyperZoom and up to 20× telephoto macro. Those figures and features are manufacturer specifications, not independent image-quality findings. Megapixel counts alone cannot determine which phone takes better photos.

Battery and charging: capacity and charging options trade places
The X200T lists a higher typical battery capacity—6200mAh versus 5000mAh for the X100—and adds 40W wireless charging. The X100 lists faster maximum wired charging at 120W, compared with 90W for the X200T. Capacity and peak charging wattage do not establish real-world battery life or time to charge; vivo also notes that charging power adjusts dynamically with conditions on the X200T specifications page.
Software and durability
The India pages show Funtouch OS 14 for the X100 store listing and Android 16 with OriginOS 6 for the X200T specifications. The reviewed material does not establish update-support duration or a like-for-like software experience, so confirm the software on the exact regional variant before buying. The X200T page lists IP68 and IP69 and warns that water resistance may decrease through daily use; do not treat either rating as permanent protection.

What is the price difference between vivo X100 and X200T?
There is no dependable like-for-like difference in the observed prices. On 4 October 2026, vivo India’s E-Store showed the X100 12GB/256GB at ₹68,999, but that selected listing was unavailable. The X200T 12GB/512GB was listed at ₹69,999 and marked out of stock. Those are different storage tiers, so subtracting them would not produce a fair comparison. See the X100 store listing and X200T store listing.
A dated third-party snapshot gives a different picture: 91mobiles showed the X100 at ₹37,099, marked out of stock, and the X200T at ₹59,999 at Flipkart. These are retailer-specific observations from 4 October 2026, not guaranteed current prices, and the sources do not reconcile the difference with vivo’s store listings. Check live listings and the final checkout price before deciding.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the X100 if you prefer its larger LTPO display, its listed 64MP 3× telephoto camera, or its higher advertised wired-charging rate.
- Choose the X200T if you prefer the newer listed chipset, higher rated battery capacity, wireless charging, or the newer software version shown on vivo’s India specifications page.
- Compare both further if price is decisive: match RAM and storage, regional variant, warranty, retailer and live checkout price. The observed official listings were unavailable or out of stock, and third-party availability can differ.
These are feature-based reasons to prefer one model, not proof that either is the overall performance, camera or battery-life winner.
