The X100 has the larger display and higher listed charging power; the X200 FE is more compact, has a larger typical battery, and lists IP69 protection in addition to IP68. In the official vivo India shop listings surfaced in 2026, both phones were offered in 12GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB configurations. The X200 FE was listed ₹9,000 below the X100 at each matching tier. These are listing prices, not a guarantee of current price, stock, or street price.

Which phone makes more sense for you?
Choose the X100 for a larger screen and its listed camera configuration
- Its 6.78-inch display is 0.47 inches larger diagonally than the X200 FE’s 6.31-inch display, making it the choice to consider if screen size is a priority.
- It lists a 50MP ultrawide and a 64MP 3x telephoto, compared with the X200 FE’s 8MP ultrawide and 50MP 3x periscope telephoto. Megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.
- Its listed 120W FlashCharge is higher than the X200 FE’s 90W rating. Those wattages do not establish actual charging time.
Choose the X200 FE for a more compact body, larger listed battery, and extra protection rating
- Its 6.31-inch display is the smaller of the two, which suits buyers looking for a more compact phone.

Performance, camera quality, and battery life: what the specs do not prove
The X200 FE’s Dimensity 9300+ and the X100’s Dimensity 9300 are different processor specifications, but the available manufacturer specifications do not establish which phone is faster in comparable use. Likewise, the X100’s higher camera megapixel counts do not prove better image quality, and neither battery capacity nor charging wattage proves a particular runtime or charge time. No controlled head-to-head benchmark or battery, camera, or charging test is established here, so use these figures to compare hardware rather than as measured outcomes.
