What the camera specifications do—and do not—show
The most obvious hardware contrast is the telephoto camera: vivo lists a 50MP telephoto with 4.3× optical zoom for the X100 Pro store configuration, and a 200MP OIS HP9 telephoto with 3.7× optical zoom for the X200 Pro. The X200 Pro’s larger pixel count does not, by itself, establish that it produces better photos. Resolution and optical zoom figures cannot settle image processing, low-light results, focus behavior or video quality without comparable testing.
The main and ultra-wide cameras also differ in their listed components. The X100 Pro store listing identifies a Sony IMX989 main camera, while the X200 Pro specification page identifies a 50MP OIS Sony LYT-818 main camera and a 50MP autofocus ultra-wide with a 119° field of view. These component details are useful for distinguishing the hardware, not a substitute for independent image-quality comparisons.

Battery capacity and charging are different trade-offs
vivo lists a larger typical battery capacity for the X200 Pro: 6000mAh, compared with the X100 Pro’s 5400mAh equivalent figure. The X100 Pro has the higher stated charging wattages: 100W wired and 50W wireless, versus 90W wired and 30W wireless for the X200 Pro. Capacity does not establish runtime, and charging wattage does not establish a phone’s actual charging time; neither set of figures is a comparative endurance or charging test.

Both India models have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 2800×1260 resolution. vivo lists up to 120Hz and 3000-nit local peak brightness for the X100 Pro; the X200 Pro listing specifies LTPO refresh from 0.1–120Hz and 4500-nit local peak brightness. Peak-brightness figures are manufacturer specifications, not a promise of identical visibility in every condition.
The India specification listings identify Funtouch OS 14 with Android 14 for the X100 Pro and Funtouch OS 15 with Android 15 for the X200 Pro. They list IP68 ingress protection for the X100 Pro and IP68 plus IP69 for the X200 Pro. These ratings describe specified protection classifications; they do not guarantee a particular phone’s condition after exposure or damage.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the X100 Pro if: the lower listed India-store price matters most, or you prefer its higher specified wired and wireless charging wattages and 4.3× optical-zoom figure.
- Consider the X200 Pro if: you value its newer listed processor, 200MP telephoto hardware, larger stated typical battery capacity, LTPO display specification or IP69 rating enough to pay the observed price premium.
- Compare local versions before buying elsewhere: the prices and software above are for India listings, and regional specifications can vary. Verify your market’s network bands, software, warranty and current price.
The specification and store sources establish hardware details and India listing prices, but do not establish real-world camera quality, sustained performance, thermals, battery life, durability outcomes or software-support duration. A confident real-world winner on those points requires independent comparative testing.
