Display and performance
The India model’s 6.59-inch AMOLED panel has a resolution of 2750 × 1260 and supports refresh rates up to 144Hz. vivo notes that the actual display area is slightly smaller than its stated diagonal, and that refresh-rate support depends on usage and the application.

ZEISS camera setup
On the rear, the V80 pairs a 50MP ZEISS main camera with optical image stabilisation and a Sony LYTIA 700V sensor with a 50MP ZEISS Night Telephoto camera. The telephoto uses a Sony IMX882 sensor, has OIS and offers 3x optical zoom. An 8MP ZEISS ultra-wide camera completes the rear array. The front camera is a 50MP ZEISS autofocus unit.

Battery, charging and durability
vivo lists the battery as 7,200mAh typical capacity and 7,015mAh rated capacity; these figures describe different capacity ratings. Charging is supported at up to 90W with vivo’s standard charger, while actual charging power varies with conditions and use. vivo says the 7,200mAh typical capacity was the largest among V-Series smartphones it had launched in India as of October 6, 2026, based on the company’s internal research.

The India parameters page lists IP68 and IP69 ratings. vivo cautions that water and dust resistance can diminish over time, that testing was conducted under controlled conditions, and that liquid damage is not covered by warranty.
