The India-market vivo V70 is the stronger-looking pick on listed chipset, memory and rear-camera hardware; the OPPO F33 Pro 5G lists a larger battery, wide-angle selfie framing and lower launch prices. Those are specification-based trade-offs, not proof of which phone performs better in everyday use. The price figures also come from different bases, so they are not a like-for-like current comparison.
Price difference: compare the dates and configurations
OPPO announced the F33 Pro 5G in India on 15 April 2026 at launch prices of ₹37,999 for 8GB+128GB and ₹40,999 for 8GB+256GB. A vivo Official E-Store result showed ₹59,999 for the V70 8GB+256GB, against an MRP of ₹65,999. The vivo figure is a store listing that may change; it is not directly comparable with OPPO’s dated launch prices.

On those figures, the V70 store listing is ₹19,000 above the F33 Pro’s 8GB+256GB launch price, but the difference should not be read as today’s market gap. Check both sellers for the same storage configuration and current offers before deciding. OPPO’s announcement said the F33 Pro series would be available on Amazon from 23 April 2026; that announcement does not establish current stock or price.

Performance and memory: a specification gap, not a benchmark result
vivo lists a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor manufactured on a 4 nm process, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The V70 is offered in 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB configurations. OPPO lists the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 MAX, LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, with 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB configurations.

These components and memory standards make the V70’s specification sheet look more performance-oriented, but the listed parts alone do not establish comparative speed, gaming performance, or how either phone behaves under sustained workloads. No head-to-head benchmark or gaming test is established here.
Display: both offer AMOLED and up to 120 Hz
The V70 has a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 2750×1260 resolution and a refresh rate up to 120 Hz. The F33 Pro has a 6.57-inch AMOLED display, 2372×1080 resolution and up to 120 Hz. The V70 therefore lists higher resolution, while both manufacturers specify the same maximum refresh rate. These figures do not by themselves determine brightness, color accuracy or outdoor readability.

Cameras: telephoto reach versus wider group selfies
Rear cameras
vivo lists three rear cameras: a 50 MP ZEISS main camera with OIS, a 50 MP ZEISS telephoto camera with autofocus and OIS, and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera. The dedicated telephoto camera gives the V70 a clearly stated hardware option for framing more distant subjects without relying only on the main camera’s crop.
OPPO lists a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP monochrome/portrait camera. The listed rear-camera hardware does not include a telephoto camera. Camera megapixel counts and feature labels do not establish comparative image quality; no direct camera test is available to declare a winner.

- What You Get: 5 feet (1.5 meters) extra long built-in cable wall charger direct ac adapter. The extra-long cable allows you to charge more freely.
Front cameras
Both phones list a 50 MP autofocus front camera. vivo describes the V70’s as a ZEISS group selfie camera. OPPO’s launch announcement says the F33 Pro front camera has a 100° field of view, a feature that can help fit more people into a selfie frame. That wider framing is a different use case from the V70’s stated ZEISS branding; it does not establish which phone takes better selfies.
Battery and charging: capacity is not endurance
OPPO lists a 7,000 mAh typical battery capacity and a 6,830 mAh rated capacity for the F33 Pro. vivo lists 6,500 mAh for the V70. The F33 Pro therefore has the larger stated typical capacity, but battery life depends on usage and conditions, and capacity figures alone do not establish which phone lasts longer.

Durability ratings and software
vivo lists IP68 and IP69 ingress-protection ratings for the V70. OPPO’s launch announcement lists IP69K, IP68 and IP66 for the F33 Pro. These are the manufacturers’ stated ratings; neither phone should be described as waterproof or damage-proof on that basis alone.

Which phone fits your priorities?
- Consider the V70 if you prioritize its listed Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, LPDDR5X/UFS 4.1 configuration, higher-resolution display, or dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera with OIS.
- Consider the F33 Pro if you prioritize its larger listed typical battery capacity, 100° front-camera field of view, or the lower announced launch price for its 8GB+256GB configuration.
OPPO India Head of Communications Goldee Patnaik called the F Series “India’s Durable Champion” in the 15 April 2026 launch announcement. That is OPPO’s representative describing the series, not independent evidence or a comparative durability test.
For current value, compare live prices for the same storage capacity. For performance, battery life, charging time and camera quality, the specifications above are useful starting points but do not substitute for testing under comparable conditions.
