Price difference in India: what can be confirmed
There is no reliable current price difference to calculate from the available figures. The prices refer to different kinds of listing and are not a verified pair for the same date, seller, and memory/storage configuration.

For a fair comparison, check both phones in India on the same day and compare the same RAM/storage tier, seller, and price type—regular list price, current offer, or launch price.

Where the specification differences matter
Display size and resolution
The vivo has the larger listed display and higher stated resolution: 6.83 inches and 2800 × 1260, compared with Samsung’s reported 6.7-inch FHD+ panel. Both are listed at up to 120 Hz. These figures describe size, resolution, and refresh rate; they do not by themselves establish which screen looks better in person.

Battery capacity and charging
The vivo’s stated 7000 mAh typical battery is 1000 mAh larger than Samsung’s reported 6000 mAh typical battery. Its rated charging is also higher at 90W versus Samsung’s up to 45W wired charging. Capacity and charging ratings do not establish measured battery life or actual time to charge; those depend on usage and test conditions.
Camera hardware
On paper, vivo emphasizes a 200MP OIS main camera and a 50MP autofocus selfie camera. Samsung’s reported rear setup includes a 50MP OIS main camera, an ultra-wide, and a macro camera; its reported front camera is 12MP. The resolution figures and presence of stabilization or autofocus describe hardware, not comparative photo quality. Megapixels alone cannot establish which phone takes better pictures.

Processor and software support
The listed chips are MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo for vivo and Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 for Samsung. No verified head-to-head test establishes a performance winner, so the processor names alone are not enough to call one faster.
The India vivo specification page lists Android 16 and OriginOS 6. The dated Samsung launch report lists Android 16 and One UI 8.5 and describes six Android version generations and six years of security updates. Check Samsung’s current India support terms when buying, as the cited promise comes from launch reporting.

Which phone makes sense for your priorities?
- Consider the vivo V70 FE if the larger stated battery, 90W charging rating, higher-resolution display, or listed 50MP autofocus front camera matters most to you. Verify the price and chosen variant at checkout.
- Consider the Galaxy M47 5G if Samsung’s software experience or the support promise reported at launch is more important to you, and you can find an in-stock India listing at a price that works. Samsung’s own page currently says “Not for sale.”
- Wait to compare prices if the decision depends on which is cheaper. Use same-day listings for matching configurations and compare the actual seller and final offer, rather than subtracting the historical Samsung launch price from the vivo store snapshot.
