The vivo V60 is the better fit if you want a larger screen; the vivo X300 FE is the more compact phone and lists a higher-resolution display and newer, higher-tier Snapdragon chipset. Both have 120Hz AMOLED screens, 50MP main and telephoto cameras, 6,500mAh typical batteries, 90W wired charging and IP68/IP69 ratings. In vivo India store listings captured on October 4, 2026, the V60 8GB+256GB was ₹43,999 but unavailable, while the X300 FE was ₹89,999 for 12GB+256GB or ₹99,999 for 12GB+512GB. Those listings do not establish a clean like-for-like price gap.

The official vivo India store listings captured on October 4, 2026 show different memory configurations and availability. The displayed V60 price is for 8GB+256GB and that selection was marked unavailable; the X300 FE listings are for 12GB RAM with either 256GB or 512GB storage. Prices and stock can change.

The arithmetic difference between the displayed V60 8GB+256GB price and X300 FE 12GB+256GB price is ₹46,000, but it is not a like-for-like comparison: RAM differs, and the V60 selection was unavailable while captured. Display and size: V60 for viewing area, X300 FE for compactness
| Display specification | vivo V60 | vivo X300 FE |
|---|---|---|
| Panel | 6.77-inch AMOLED | 6.31-inch AMOLED |
| Resolution | 2392 × 1080 | 2640 × 1216 |
| Refresh rate | 120Hz | 120Hz |
The V60’s larger 6.77-inch panel gives more screen area for reading, video and other content. The X300 FE is the smaller option, and its listed pixel resolution is higher despite the smaller display. Both are specified at 120Hz; these figures describe the listed refresh rate, not a guarantee that every app or activity runs at that rate.

Chipset: different Snapdragon tiers, not a measured speed result
vivo lists a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 in the V60 and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 in the X300 FE. That puts the X300 FE on the newer, higher-tier platform by specification, but the chipset names alone do not establish a particular difference in everyday speed, heat, gaming performance or battery use. No method-matched performance test is established by the cited product specifications.
Cameras: similar headline megapixels, different stated details
| Camera specification | vivo V60 | vivo X300 FE |
|---|---|---|
| Main rear | 50MP ZEISS with OIS | 50MP with OIS |
| Telephoto rear | 50MP ZEISS super-telephoto with OIS | 50MP telephoto with OIS |
| Wide-angle rear | 8MP ZEISS ultra-wide | 8MP fixed-focus wide-angle |
| Front | 50MP ZEISS autofocus | 50MP autofocus |
Both listings specify optical image stabilization on the main and telephoto rear cameras, autofocus on the front camera, and 50MP headline resolution for those cameras. The naming differs: the V60 listing calls its telephoto camera “super-telephoto” and includes ZEISS branding in its camera descriptions, while the X300 FE listing uses “telephoto” and specifies a fixed-focus wide-angle camera. The published specifications do not establish identical sensors, zoom capability or image quality, so megapixels and branding alone are not enough to declare a camera winner.

Battery and charging: listed capacities are close, but not directly interchangeable
| Battery specification | vivo V60 | vivo X300 FE |
|---|---|---|
| Typical capacity | 6,500mAh | 6,500mAh |
| Rated or minimum capacity | 6,330mAh rated | 6,350mAh minimum/rated |
| Wired charging | 90W | 90W |
The typical capacities match, while the official figures for rated or minimum capacity use slightly different labels and values. Both are listed with 90W wired charging. vivo notes that actual charging power varies with conditions and use of the original charger and cable. Capacity and charging specifications do not establish comparative endurance; that would require comparable testing under the same conditions.

Software and durability
Software versions
The V60 listing specifies Funtouch OS 15. The X300 FE parameter page lists OriginOS 6 and Android 16. Software details can vary by region or change, so confirm the version shown for the India handset when purchasing. The cited official pages do not establish a software-update duration commitment.

Water and dust resistance
Both phones are listed with IP68/IP69 ratings. vivo’s V60 page describes an IP68 test involving static fresh water at 1.5 metres for 120 minutes under stated conditions; its IP69 parameters include water at 80 ± 5°C for 30 seconds per position. These are manufacturer-stated test conditions, not advice to expose a phone to water. vivo also cautions that resistance can diminish through normal use and that liquid-immersion damage is not covered by warranty. Do not treat either rating as a promise that a phone is waterproof or permanently resistant.
