Camera performance
The V50 has three 50MP cameras: a main camera with optical image stabilisation, an autofocus ultrawide, and an autofocus front camera. In practice the results depend on the lens and the lighting.

Digit (2025) found good daylight results from the main camera and praised the portrait features. It also observed that low-light images are sometimes noticeably oversharpened.
Ultrawide and rear detail
In 91mobiles’ comparisons (2025), the ultrawide and some rear portraits lost fine detail against competing phones. If you shoot a lot of landscapes or group shots with the ultrawide, test sample images before deciding.

This is where the V50 is strongest. 91mobiles (2025) praised its selfie results, and Digit (2025) found its portrait features strong. For most buyers who shoot people, this is the main reason to choose it.

Battery, endurance and charging
The official specifications are 6,000mAh capacity and 90W FlashCharge over a wired connection, with no wireless charging. The review figures below used different test methods, so they should not be compared as one controlled result.

The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 is a steady everyday chipset. 91mobiles (2025) reported that the V50 handled everyday use smoothly and held stable performance under sustained loads, but it trailed the OnePlus 13R on peak benchmark results. That makes the V50 a good choice for regular use and a poor one for buyers chasing the top of the performance charts.
