Which display is better for you?
The Z10’s listed screen is slightly larger and uses AMOLED, while the T4x has a 120 Hz LCD. If AMOLED is your priority, the Z10 is the clear fit on the stated panel type. The available specifications do not provide a matched brightness or image-quality test, so they cannot establish which screen looks better in every setting.

How do the processors compare?
The T4x uses MediaTek Dimensity 7300; the Z10 uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. These names identify different chipsets but do not prove which phone is faster for your apps, games or sustained workloads. A third-party comparison page lists benchmark numbers, but its figures are not established as results from matched test builds and conditions. Treat them as that page’s reported figures, not a controlled verdict: 91mobiles’ comparison.
Do not confuse the iQOO Z10 with the iQOO Z10x: the Z10 specifications here are Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, 7,300 mAh typical capacity and up to 90 W charging. The separate Z10x has different specifications.

One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchBattery-duration estimates published by the companies are not directly comparable because the described tests and workloads are not sufficiently aligned. vivo’s 2025 T4x page gives laboratory estimates of 40 hours of video playback, 11 hours of gameplay, 15 hours of social-media scrolling and 74 hours of music playback. vivo specifies a fully charged device, 25°C ±1°C and single-app or standby test conditions, and cautions that actual duration varies. iQOO’s 2025 Z10 page gives laboratory estimates of 35.5 hours of video playback and 15.8 hours of continuous gaming, without descriptions establishing matching methods and workloads. Neither set should be treated as a direct endurance comparison or a real-world guarantee. See vivo’s T4x product features and test caveats and iQOO’s Z10 product details.

Camera specifications: similar rear resolutions, different selfie figures
Both phones list a 50 MP main rear camera and a 2 MP bokeh camera. The Z10’s main camera is identified as Sony IMX882. The listed front-camera resolution is 32 MP on the Z10 and 8 MP on the T4x. That gives the Z10 the higher stated selfie resolution, but megapixels alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.
Third-party comparison databases do not fully agree: Gadgets 360 lists an 8 MP front camera for the Z10, while the official iQOO product page states 32 MP. For the phone’s stated specification, the manufacturer figure is the appropriate reference; see Gadgets 360’s comparison.

Durability: IP64 is not the same as an unspecified rating
vivo lists IP64 for the T4x and qualifies its splash, water and dust resistance: testing is under controlled conditions, and resistance can decline with wear. iQOO describes the Z10 as having military-grade durability, but the available information does not establish an equivalent IP rating. These claims are not interchangeable, and neither supports calling a phone waterproof.

India price difference: compare the same variant and live offer
Captured listings differ by retailer, offer and availability, so they do not establish a stable current price gap. One 91mobiles comparison page showed ₹16,999 for the T4x and ₹20,255 for the Z10, with the Z10 marked out of stock. The official iQOO store’s 8 GB/128 GB listing showed an MRP of ₹25,999 while that selected listing was unavailable; a separate official iQOO live listing showed ₹21,999 for 8 GB/128 GB. These are snapshots, not guaranteed prices or a like-for-like checkout comparison.
Before deciding, check the same RAM/storage configuration, retailer, stock status and total checkout price on the day you buy. The comparison page summarizes the T4x as 6/8 GB RAM and the compared Z10 as 8 GB RAM; iQOO’s official product information lists Z10 configurations of 8/128 GB, 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB. See the 91mobiles comparison, iQOO store listing and iQOO live listing.
Quick Recap
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the iQOO Z10 if you want the listed AMOLED panel, larger stated battery, higher maximum charging rate or higher front-camera resolution.
- Consider the vivo T4x if its LCD display and stated specifications meet your needs and its current price for the exact variant is more attractive.
- For gaming or demanding apps, compare independent tests that use the same workloads and conditions; chipset names or unmatched benchmark listings are not enough to declare a winner.
- For durability, weigh the T4x’s stated IP64 rating and its wear caveat against the Z10’s durability description, which does not establish a matching IP rating.
- For value, compare live checkout prices for equivalent RAM and storage rather than relying on listings captured at different times or with different stock status.
