On paper, the vivo T4 Ultra is the performance and telephoto pick. It lists a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip and a dedicated 50 MP 3× periscope camera. The vivo V70 FE is the endurance and durability pick. It lists a 7000 mAh battery, a 6.83-inch display, a 200 MP OIS main camera and IP68/IP69 ratings. Both list 90 W charging and a 120 Hz display. This comparison covers India-market models and uses vivo’s own published specifications, not independent test results.

Price difference
vivo’s India store listed the T4 Ultra 12GB+256GB at ₹37,999 against an MRP of ₹42,999. The selected variant showed as out of stock when checked, so treat this as a page observation, not a guaranteed street price. The V70 FE pages reviewed gave specifications but no comparable price. That means no reliable price gap can be stated here. Compare both phones in the same storage variant, from the same seller, on the day you buy.

Performance
The listed chipsets are in different tiers: the Dimensity 9300+ in the T4 Ultra against the Dimensity 7360-Turbo in the V70 FE. For gaming, heavy multitasking and long-term headroom, the T4 Ultra is the stronger choice on paper. Specifications don’t show sustained performance, heat or frame stability, and no independent head-to-head benchmarks were available.

On software, the V70 FE ships with a newer listed version (Android 16 with OriginOS 6) than the T4 Ultra (Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15). The T4 Ultra’s store page advertises a “3+4 OS Upgrade Policy”. No equivalent V70 FE policy was verified, so the two phones’ support periods can’t be compared.
Cameras
T4 Ultra: a real telephoto
The T4 Ultra pairs a 50 MP main camera with a 50 MP 3× periscope lens and an 8 MP ultrawide. If you shoot portraits, distant subjects or zoomed shots, optical telephoto is the clearest advantage either phone has in this comparison.

V70 FE: high-resolution main, no telephoto
The V70 FE uses a 200 MP OIS main camera and an 8 MP 120° wide-angle. vivo says OIS and EIS keep video stable and that the front camera records 4K. It also has the better selfie camera on paper: 50 MP with autofocus against 32 MP. Megapixel count alone doesn’t determine image quality, so don’t read “200 MP” as automatically better than the T4 Ultra’s 50 MP main sensor.
Battery and charging
The V70 FE has a 7000 mAh typical-capacity battery against 5500 mAh in the T4 Ultra, and both list 90 W charging. vivo says the V70 FE can go from 1% to 100% in 60 minutes. That figure comes from vivo’s lab test with the official charger, the phone switched off, 25°C±1°C and fast charging enabled. It isn’t a real-world guarantee. Real battery life also depends on the chipset and display, so capacity alone doesn’t prove the V70 FE lasts longer.

Display and durability
Both screens are 2800 × 1260 with 120 Hz (up to 120 Hz on the V70 FE). The V70 FE’s is larger at 6.83 inches against 6.67 inches. For durability, vivo lists IP68 and IP69 for the V70 FE and only IP64 for the T4 Ultra. vivo states its test conditions for the V70 FE ratings and warns that resistance can decline with daily use. It also excludes liquid-ingress damage from warranty. The IP64 rating covers splashes but is not meant for submersion.

- Choose the T4 Ultra if you want the higher-tier chipset and a 3× optical telephoto, and you can find it in stock at a price you accept.
- Choose the V70 FE if you want the biggest battery, the larger screen, a 200 MP OIS main camera, a stronger selfie camera and the IP68/IP69 ratings.
Both phones’ official pages list a charger, case and pre-applied protective film in the box, so accessories shouldn’t tip the decision.
