Display: AMOLED on the T3, larger LCD on the T5x
The T3’s 6.67-inch display is AMOLED and lists a 120Hz refresh rate. The T5x’s display is slightly larger at 6.76 inches, but uses LCD technology; its listed resolution is 2344 × 1080 rather than the T3’s 2400 × 1080. The key choice is therefore panel type and refresh-rate listing, not the small difference in diagonal size. The retrieved T5x listing does not state a refresh rate.
Battery capacity and charging
vivo lists a 7200mAh battery for the T5x and a 5000mAh typical-capacity battery for the T3. Both are listed with 44W charging. The larger stated capacity gives the T5x more battery capacity on paper, but these specifications alone do not establish how many hours either phone will last in a buyer’s use.

The page’s retrieved material does not state a publication year, and the figures are manufacturer claims rather than independent comparative test results. The T3 uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7200, and the T5x uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo. These are the listed chipsets, but their names alone do not establish the size of any real-world speed or gaming advantage. vivo’s performance and benchmark material is promotional; independent comparative testing was not available for this comparison.
