How the processors and displays differ
The T3 Ultra is listed with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9200+, while the V50 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Those are different chip platforms, but the specifications alone do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, stays cooler under load or performs better in games. That would require comparable independent testing.
The T3 Ultra has the higher listed display resolution: 2800 × 1260 versus 2392 × 1080 on the V50. Their screen sizes are close, at 6.78 and 6.77 inches respectively, and both pages list a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz (the T3 Ultra’s 120 Hz figure appears on its launch page). If resolution is your priority, the T3 Ultra has the specification advantage; the numbers do not by themselves establish which screen looks better overall.

Battery and charging: V50 has higher rated figures
vivo lists a 6000 mAh battery and 90W charging for the V50, compared with 5500 mAh and 80W for the T3 Ultra. These are capacity and charging-power ratings, not measured results for screen-on time or charging duration; actual endurance and charging experience depend on usage and conditions.
vivo’s T3 Ultra launch page also advertises “65+ hrs” of music streaming, “9+ hrs” of PUBG gaming, “22+ hrs” of YouTube streaming and “13+ hrs” of Instagram short-video playback under the company’s stated testing conditions. These are vivo’s manufacturer claims, not independent comparative battery tests, and should not be treated as directly comparable with the V50.

Camera comparison: V50 adds a 50 MP ultra-wide
Both phones list a 50 MP autofocus front camera and a 50 MP OIS main rear camera. The clearest difference in the listed rear-camera hardware is the ultra-wide: the T3 Ultra has an 8 MP unit, while the V50 has a 50 MP autofocus ultra-wide with a 119.4° field of view.

A higher megapixel count does not prove that one phone takes better photos. Image quality also depends on factors such as the sensor, lens, processing and shooting conditions; the official specifications do not establish a head-to-head camera winner.

Durability and software listings
vivo lists IP68 for the T3 Ultra and IP68 plus IP69 for the V50. These are ingress-protection ratings, not a promise that either phone is waterproof in every situation; the product pages do not provide a certification test report or conditions that would justify a broader guarantee.
The product pages list Funtouch OS 14 for the T3 Ultra and Funtouch OS 15 with Android 15 for the V50. Those entries indicate the software versions shown in vivo’s specifications, not necessarily the current installed version on a particular unit.
