What the 10,000 mAh battery claim means
Vivo specifies 10,000 mAh as the battery’s typical capacity and 9,800 mAh as its rated capacity. The distinction matters: the headline figure is the typical value, while the lower rated figure is also part of vivo’s specification.

- The built-in magnetic ring works seamlessly with magnetic car mounts, providing strong, stable adsorption for hands-free driving. No extra metal plates are required, and it won’t interfere with wireless signals.
- Raised bezels protect both the screen and camera from direct contact with surfaces. Precise cutouts ensure unobstructed access to all ports, buttons, and speakers
The company claims up to 30 hours of binge-watching and 68 hours of talk time, while noting that actual performance varies with use and environment. These are vivo’s claims, not results from independent endurance testing.
Vivo also says the battery powered a Guinness World Records title for the longest electronic product testing livestream, lasting 32 hours and 37 minutes. The record disclosure identifies the device used as the vivo V80 Lite 5G, marketed as the S2 FE in India, and dates the livestream to August 11, 2026, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. That event duration under specific conditions should not be read as expected everyday battery life. See the vivo NEXT 2026 announcement for the record disclosure.

IP68 and IP69 protection: what vivo says
Vivo lists both IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water protection under specified laboratory conditions. The phone is not described by the company as a professional waterproof device: resistance may diminish over time or after drops and impacts, and liquid-ingress damage is excluded from warranty coverage. The ratings are not a guarantee against water damage.
