Used Cars Simulator reached version 1.0 on Steam on October 9, 2026, ending an Early Access period that began April 9, 2025. DreamWay Games developed the game and PlayWay S.A. published it. The full release adds Season 3 content, while the Steam listing provides current details on price, reviews, and PC requirements.
What kind of game is Used Cars Simulator?
Used Cars Simulator is a single-player, open-world car trading and repair simulation. Players source used or stolen cars, negotiate deals, repair and customize vehicles, then resell them. The game also includes exploration, quests, NPC interactions, and illegal activities that may attract police. What changed with the 1.0 release?
The September 18 pre-release announcement previewed two new car models, Season 3 quests, interface and balancing changes, performance and gameplay improvements, bug fixes, and optimization. The same October 9 listing showed 1,164 all-time reviews, 79% positive, and 22 recent reviews, 86% positive. These are Steam metrics from that date; the recent figure uses a much smaller review count than the all-time total and neither rating is a permanent score. The earlier Early Access disclosure estimated that the price might rise by approximately 50% at exit, but that estimate does not establish that the actual price rose by that amount.
