The complaint excerpt names the Galaxy S8 as an example of an accused product and identifies an STMicroelectronics LSM6DSL inertial sensor module. These are allegations in a patent complaint, not findings that the phone infringed.

Does the dismissal decide whether Samsung infringed?
No merits determination is established by the reported dismissal. A dismissal with prejudice ends the claims in that case, but the reported joint-request resolution does not establish that the court found infringement, rejected infringement, invalidated the patent, or decided the patent’s scope.
