The annual report says Trulieve funded the payoff with $8.3 million from operations and $7.5 million in restricted escrow cash. It also reports a $0.1 million loss on debt extinguishment, reflecting deferred issuance costs written off in the accounting.
What does the $368 million figure refer to?
It is a separate debt transaction, not the mortgage. In its February 26, 2026 full-year 2025 results release, Trulieve separately reported redeeming $368 million in senior secured notes due 2026 and repaying the $15.8 million mortgage. The company’s results release distinguishes the two amounts.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Does the payoff show that Trulieve strengthened its balance sheet?
The payoff reduced the stated mortgage obligation, but it also used cash, including restricted escrow funds. The reported figures alone do not quantify the repayment’s net effect on Trulieve’s liquidity or leverage. The company’s annual report also records the $0.1 million debt-extinguishment loss, so the transaction was not cost-free in accounting terms.
For later operating context, Trulieve’s August 7, 2026 second-quarter release reported $271 million in Q2 revenue and a 60% gross margin. It also reported $109 million in operating cash flow and $74 million in free cash flow for the first half of 2026. These are company-reported figures in U.S. dollars and do not isolate the mortgage payoff’s effect. Trulieve’s Q2 2026 results release provides the figures. The latest quarterly filing among the cited materials is its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2026.
