Trisul Price Target: Is the Reported 12.50% Cut to R$7.14 Confirmed?

The reported 12.50% cut in Trisul’s consensus price target to R$7.14 cannot be confirmed from the available published figures. Trisul’s investor-relations page lists dated targets from individual analysts, while Investing.com shows a separate four-analyst average of R$8.50. Neither source verifies a R$7.14 consensus or the claimed reduction.

Is the reported R$7.14 target cut confirmed?

No. Trisul’s official analyst-coverage page does not list a R$7.14 target, and the Investing.com snapshot reports a different average. Without the dated analyst report or data-provider record behind the claim, the 12.50% reduction should be treated as reported but unverified—not as an established change in consensus.

The available sources also do not identify the analyst, publication date, prior target, or valuation rationale behind the claimed adjustment. Those details are needed to verify both the percentage change and what it represents.

What targets does Trisul’s official coverage page list?

Trisul’s English investor-relations page lists individual analyst views with different review dates. The page was last updated on 10 February 2026; its entries are not a synchronized, same-day consensus.

These dated entries are analyst opinions, not company guidance. Trisul says that analysts’ opinions, estimates, and forecasts “are theirs alone and do not represent opinions, forecasts or predictions of the Company or its management.” Trisul Investor Relations: Analysts Coverage.

How does the separate consensus snapshot compare?

Investing.com’s TRIS3 consensus page reports a neutral consensus from four analysts, an average 12-month target of R$8.50, and a range of R$7.00 to R$10.00. The surfaced snapshot does not make its date or methodology clear, and its four-analyst set does not obviously match the five analysts listed by Trisul. Treat it as that service’s own snapshot—not Trisul’s official consensus and not confirmation of the R$7.14 claim. Investing.com: TRISUL ON (TRIS3) Stock Forecast & Price Target.

What recent company figures do—and do not—show

Trisul’s 2Q26 earnings release, dated 13 August 2026, identifies the company as B3: TRIS3 and reports gross sales of R$530 million, launches of R$603 million, net revenue of R$370 million, and a landbank of R$6.8 billion. These company-reported operating figures provide business context, but they do not explain an analyst target change. The release says its quarterly information follows CPC 21 (R1) / IAS 34 interim-reporting standards and applicable CVM standards. Trisul 2Q26 Earnings Release, CVM filing.

How to assess a target-price change

A target price is an analyst’s estimate, not a guaranteed future share price or a recommendation to buy or sell. Before relying on a reported revision, check the underlying item for:

  • The analyst or provider and the publication date.
  • The new target, previous target, currency, and recommendation.
  • The forecast horizon and, where available, valuation method and stated drivers.
  • Whether the figure is one analyst’s target or an aggregate, and which analysts are included.

Targets with different dates or analyst sets are not directly interchangeable. In this case, the available figures establish neither the reported R$7.14 consensus nor the reason for the alleged cut.
