Is it a good choice for gaming?
A 120Hz refresh rate can support smooth motion when the glasses, host device and game all operate at that rate. It does not, by itself, establish competitive-gaming performance. The available manufacturer material provides no verified input-latency benchmark, and a high refresh-rate specification is not a substitute for one.
Compatibility and setup matter as much as the glasses’ display claims. The connection is USB-C DisplayPort, so the phone, laptop or handheld must support video output over USB-C. A USB-C-shaped port alone is not enough to confirm that it will work. Check the host device’s specifications before buying.

SteamVR needs more than a cable
TOZO’s VIZO Z1 user guide documents SteamVR configuration and software or driver setup. It cautions that integrated graphics may be suitable only for lightweight VR content and recommends a dedicated graphics card for the best experience. That guidance describes setup considerations; it is not evidence that every SteamVR title will run well on the Z1 Pro.
Fit and vision correction
TOZO’s May 2026 review gives the glasses a weight of 63 grams and describes a four-level adjustable nose pad with an air cushion. These are manufacturer-published details, not findings from a fit test. Comfort depends on the wearer, and the cited sources do not establish how the glasses fit different faces during long sessions.

The published specifications make the Z1 Pro a feature-rich wearable display on paper, especially for buyers interested in a high-refresh-rate personal screen.
