The latest reviewed Tower of Fantasy tier list is labeled version 6.3.0 and was updated October 5, 2026. Pocket Gamer places Zoey in SS tier, but the list is a general editorial ranking—not a verified, mode-by-mode PvE and PvP leaderboard. Your team’s elements, roles, and weapon kits matter more than a tier label alone.
How to read a Tower of Fantasy tier list
Players often search for the best characters and weapons as if they were separate choices. In Tower of Fantasy, Simulacra are character-like representations associated with weapons; the weapon’s combat kit is central to evaluating a pick. Simulacra can also have an optional passive effect, while their associated matrices are obtained separately. The Tower of Fantasy Index’s Simulacra reference lists weapon attributes including element, role, shatter, and charge.

A tier is an editorial shorthand, not an official game rating. Pocket Gamer’s current list reflects its publisher’s assessments; the reviewed page does not provide comparative damage figures, win rates, usage rates, or a documented test method. Treat placements as a starting point for team planning, not proof that one weapon will outperform every alternative in every activity.
Current tier-list context: version 6.3.0
Pocket Gamer labels its list “Version: 6.3.0,” says it was updated October 5, 2026, and identifies Zoey as a recent addition. The official version 6.3 announcement, dated September 10, 2026, announced Zoey and said The Witch’s Key would enter permanent Choice Weapons special orders after maintenance. That update also introduced new seasonal PvE content and expanded existing activities, so the environment can change with patches; the announcement does not rank weapons for those activities.

Pocket Gamer’s highlighted SS-tier picks
The following are examples from the publication’s SS group, not an official ranking or a complete list of every weapon in that tier. The roles and playstyle notes below summarize Pocket Gamer’s descriptions.
| Pick | What the list says | Practical consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Zoey | Physical/Flame DPS hyper-carry | Pocket Gamer says she needs screen time for her highest damage. Its advice is to set up buffers first, then swap to Zoey to stack domain fields and trigger discharge bursts. |
| Gefion | Off-field Frost DPS or sub-DPS | An off-field contribution can fit teams that want another weapon to take more of the active time. |
| Agleia | Mobile Frost/Volt carry | The list describes her as mechanically demanding, so execution and comfort may affect how well she fits a player. |
| Salidy | Flame/Physical shield-breaking burst carry | Her described role emphasizes burst and breaking shields rather than simply ranking damage in isolation. |
| Lechesis | Support who buffs teammates | Her value depends on the team she supports, not only on her own damage. |
The same SS group also includes Veronika, Nanto, Mery Ironheart, Helene, Hipper, Aster, and others. Their inclusion alongside damage dealers and a support illustrates why a single tier does not mean every entry fills the same job.

Choose weapons by team fit, not tier alone
- Element and compatibility: Check whether a weapon complements the element and composition you are building. A highly placed pick may be less useful if it does not fit your available team.
- Role: Decide whether you need a damage dealer, tank, or support/Benediction option. A support’s contribution may come from enabling teammates rather than leading damage.
- Field time: Some weapons benefit from staying active, while off-field picks can contribute after a swap. Consider who needs time on the field and when to rotate.
- Shatter and charge: Compare these weapon attributes when shield breaking and building charge are relevant to your team’s needs. The Simulacra reference lists both.
- Execution and investment: A mechanically demanding kit or one that needs more advancement or investment may not be the best practical choice for every account. Pocket Gamer’s notes call out differences in field-time needs and execution demands for selected picks.
- Full build: A Simulacrum does not by itself establish a complete build; associated matrices are obtained separately. Account for that when comparing what you can field.
What this list can—and cannot—tell you about PvE and PvP
The reviewed Pocket Gamer page is framed around weapons and characters and refers to both PvE and PvP, but the available material does not establish a transparent, separate ranking for each mode. It does not support presenting the general SS placements above as a verified PvP order or claiming specific PvP superiority. Use its list as a broad editorial guide, and evaluate a weapon against the activity and team you actually plan to play.
