There is no single correct answer to which WooCommerce CRM is best. The tools that get recommended fall into two groups: customer-record systems that work alongside WordPress, and external CRM or marketing automation platforms that connect to your store. Which one fits depends on the job you need done: keeping customer and order histories in one place, segmenting buyers, sending welcome or abandoned-cart emails and SMS messages, or connecting ecommerce activity to sales follow-up and invoicing.
Of the eleven names most often listed, four have the most concrete, vendor-documented detail behind them: Jetpack CRM, Klaviyo, Omnisend, and Brevo. The remaining seven are real options with less verifiable detail in this guide, so treat them as candidates to check rather than established recommendations.

How to read a “top 11” list for WooCommerce CRM
A list like this is a shortlist for comparison, not a ranking produced by side-by-side testing. The descriptions below come from vendor pages, WooCommerce’s own partner and marketplace listings, and secondary comparison articles. Where a claim comes only from the vendor, it is labeled that way. Where a detail could not be confirmed against current documentation, it is flagged as unverified. Pricing, plan limits, connector versions, and plugin compatibility change often, so check them on the vendor’s site before you commit.
Six questions to answer before you compare tools
- Data sync: Which customer, order, product, and activity fields move between WooCommerce and the CRM? Is the sync ongoing and real-time, a one-time import, or dependent on a third-party connector such as Zapier or Automate.io?
- Data location: Do you want customer records stored inside WordPress or in an external hosted platform? Each choice has operational consequences, including where backups live, who can access the data, and how much depends on your hosting and plugin updates. Neither option is automatically safer or simpler.
- Segmentation: Can you group customers by purchase history, order value, or specific customer events?
- Automation and channels: Look for named workflows such as welcome series, abandoned-cart recovery, and post-purchase messages, and confirm which channels they cover (email, SMS, or both). A generic “automation” label tells you little.
- CRM depth: Do you need basic customer profiles, or also sales pipelines, quotes, invoicing, and sales-team workflows? Marketing-focused platforms and sales-focused CRMs are built for different depths.
- Consent and maintenance: How does the integration handle marketing consent, plugin compatibility, synchronization errors, and updates? Does it require extra connectors or paid extensions to do what you need?

The four options with the most detail
Jetpack CRM
Jetpack CRM is aimed at merchants who want customer records and some business functions inside WordPress. According to its WooCommerce product page, the built-in WooSync module imports customers and orders and lets you segment by purchase history. Extensions cover invoicing, quotes, analytics, and automations. This is a good fit if your priority is a single operational record of who bought what, and you are comfortable managing plugins inside your WordPress site. Check which extensions your workflow needs, since the base module is not the full toolset.
Klaviyo
Klaviyo is listed by WooCommerce among its direct connections, and in a company announcement dated January 28, 2025, Klaviyo said it had been named WooCommerce’s preferred marketing automation partner. Its strength in this list is marketing automation and customer analytics for ecommerce. It is not presented here as a general-purpose sales CRM, so if your main need is pipeline management or quoting, it is the wrong category to start with. Treat the partner designation as a statement from Klaviyo and WooCommerce, not as independent evidence that it will outperform other tools for your store.
Omnisend
Omnisend’s official WooCommerce plugin page lists prebuilt abandoned-cart, welcome-series, and order and shipping confirmation workflows, along with SMS campaigns. It is best understood as an ecommerce email and SMS automation tool rather than a full sales-pipeline CRM. If your goal is recovering carts and running post-purchase messages across two channels, these prebuilt workflows are the most direct match described in this guide. These are vendor-described capabilities; test them against your own catalog and sending rules before relying on them.

Brevo’s current help documentation describes contact sync and ecommerce data sync with WooCommerce, including tracking of product views, cart updates, and purchases. Because it moves contacts into a marketing platform, its consent settings matter more than most features on this list, and they are covered in the section below.
Rank #2

- Easy and Reliable FTP Site Maintenance.
- FTP Automation and Synchronization
Broader CRMs and connector-dependent options
HubSpot and Salesforce are both listed by WooCommerce as direct connections, which shows they are established integration partners. However, the sources reviewed did not establish which connector version, which fields, or which plan level is appropriate for a small WooCommerce store. Plan the setup with the vendor, not from this list.
Pipedrive is framed as a sales CRM. A WooCommerce connection is described through third-party automation tools such as Zapier or Automate.io. If you choose it, confirm the supported route first, because adding a middleman connector adds cost, another point of failure, and another place where consent or customer data is handled.
Drip, FunnelKit Automations, Groundhogg, and FluentCRM are real options that appear in secondary comparisons. Drip and FunnelKit are described as having WooCommerce integration, segmentation, or automation features, but those descriptions were not checked against current official documentation. Groundhogg and FluentCRM were named in a comparison without detailed feature behavior. Verify each one directly before building a process around it.

Syncing a customer into a marketing platform does not automatically give you permission to send them marketing email. Brevo’s documentation draws this line clearly: it distinguishes subscribed from non-subscribed contacts, and it warns merchants to import contacts as subscribed only when there is clear, verifiable consent. A customer who bought a product has agreed to a transaction, not necessarily to promotional messages.
Rank #3
- Full-featured professional audio and music editor that lets you record and edit music, voice and other audio recordings
- Add effects like echo, amplification, noise reduction, normalize, equalizer, envelope, reverb, echo, reverse and more
- Supports all popular audio formats including, wav, mp3, vox, gsm, wma, real audio, au, aif, flac, ogg and more
- Sound editing functions include cut, copy, paste, delete, insert, silence, auto-trim and more
- Integrated VST plugin support gives professionals access to thousands of additional tools and effects
In practice, before you run any sync:
- Decide which contacts are subscribed for marketing and which are transactional only.
- Confirm how checkout and account forms capture opt-in, and keep that record where you can retrieve it.
- Check whether the plugin can import contacts as non-subscribed by default, and set that default if you are unsure.
- Review the rules that apply in each market where you sell, since requirements differ by jurisdiction.
Cart recovery and the one case study to read carefully
WooCommerce’s ecommerce marketing page says marketing automation can use customer and sales history to trigger email and SMS, and that targeted cart-recovery emails can help recover lost sales. That is the platform’s stated use case, not a guaranteed result for your store.
The same page cites a case study in which a merchant, Landyachtz, reported that 11% of total revenue came from Klaviyo marketing automation. Treat this as one named brand’s result, attributed to that company and presented by WooCommerce, not as a typical outcome or a benchmark you should expect to match. No broad industry statistic on WooCommerce CRM results was established in the sources reviewed.
A decision framework by job
- You mainly need a clean customer and order record in WordPress: Start with Jetpack CRM and confirm which extensions you need.
- You mainly need cart recovery, welcome flows, and post-purchase messages: Compare Omnisend and Klaviyo, both of which describe ecommerce automation as their core use.
- You want contact and ecommerce event sync feeding a broader marketing platform: Evaluate Brevo, with consent settings configured before the first sync.
- You run a sales team with pipelines, quotes, or enterprise reporting: Evaluate HubSpot or Salesforce, and budget for setup with the vendor, since the sources did not establish the connector details.
- You want a sales CRM with a third-party connector: Check whether Pipedrive’s route through Zapier or Automate.io meets your needs and what it costs.
Before you buy: a verification checklist
- Check current pricing and plan limits on each vendor’s website on the day you decide.
- Confirm the plugin’s compatibility with your WooCommerce and WordPress versions and your theme and checkout setup.
- Test one sync with a small set of orders, and check that fields map the way you expect.
- Find out how sync errors are reported and who receives the alert.
- Confirm whether any required connector, extension, or add-on carries a separate cost.
