What Patch 4 fixes
Aspyr describes Patch 4 as a bug-fix update. Its notes include fixes for progression blockers, movement, visual issues, instructions and translations. These are examples from the notes, not a complete list; fixes differ by platform.

- Progression and collectibles: fixes include access to Lud’s Gate’s sixth secret and a crystal pickup issue in Diving Area that could block the “Crystals Are Forever” achievement.
- Movement and level issues: listed fixes address an edge-of-ramp movement blocker, Aldwych map rendering and progression, and movement blockers near an airplane and a tree.
- Visuals and instructions: the notes mention turret animation and visual effects, along with missing instructions in Lara’s Home.
- Translations: Polish text and other missing translations are among the reported fixes.

Aspyr’s October 6 notes list Patch 4 for PS4 and PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, PC, iOS and Android. The notes do not establish exact PS4 or PS5 storefront package numbers or region-by-region rollout timing, so a displayed version or availability time may vary.

How Patch 4 fits into the update history
Patch 4 follows the game’s feature-focused Challenge Mode update and two earlier patches. The key distinction is that the prior updates added or adjusted features, while Patch 4 is presented as a bug-fix release.
