The headline deal is the 100-inch Hisense U7SG, model 100U7SG: USA TODAY reported it at $2,499.99, compared with a stated previous price of $4,499.99, during Amazon Prime Big Deal Days on Oct. 6–7, 2026. That is a reported $2,000 reduction—not proof of the TV’s usual price or a historical low, and the event listing may no longer be available. Check the live listing and price before buying.
What the $2,000 discount actually means
The offer was tied to Amazon’s two-day Prime Big Deal Days event, Oct. 6–7, 2026. USA TODAY’s report gives the 100-inch set an event price of $2,499.99 and compares it with $4,499.99, producing the advertised $2,000 saving. The article establishes the prices it reported at publication; it does not establish that the deal remains live, that the earlier figure was the model’s typical selling price, or that $2,499.99 was a price-history low. The deal report is the source for those event-time figures.

How the event prices compared across U7SG sizes
USA TODAY listed discounts across five U7SG screen sizes for the event. These are the publisher’s reported event prices and savings, not independently verified current prices or claims about historical lows.

| 75 inches | $999.99 | $1,000 |

At those event prices, the largest model had the biggest dollar discount, but that alone does not make it the right purchase. Consider how far away you sit, whether a screen this large suits the room, and whether the added size is worth the higher total cost. The deal report identifies sports, gaming and movies as possible uses, but does not provide room-fit guidance or comparative hands-on testing.

Refresh-rate figures require particular care. USA TODAY describes the U7SG as a 144Hz TV. In a March 9, 2026 announcement, Hisense describes its 2026 U7 lineup as having native 165Hz refresh and extending to sizes up to 116 inches. Those sources state different figures; neither should be silently substituted for the other. Hisense also notes that retailer configurations, sizes and platforms can vary.
