Camera Motion is under Settings → Accessibility. The documented description says it reduces non-essential camera motion. That makes it the first control to try when looping movement, shaking, or fast camera-swivel effects cause discomfort, eye strain, or difficulty concentrating on the scene.

If the sound persists
- Check that you changed the accessibility option, not only the master volume.
