Its most notable space-saving choices are a storage staircase to the main loft and a second, ladder-accessed loft that can be used for storage or sleeping.
How the 204 sq ft layout is arranged
The main floor brings the living room, kitchen and bathroom together rather than separating them into multiple rooms. The two lofts add usable space above, but they have different access and roles. This is the layout described for the pictured updated unit in New Atlas’s September 29, 2026 feature; it is a reported description, not an independent inspection.

Living room and main loft
The living area is described as snug, with a sofa, projector and pull-down screen. A staircase beside it incorporates storage and leads to the main loft, which has a double bed and safety railings.
Second loft
A removable ladder provides access to the smaller loft. The feature describes it as flexible space for storage or another sleeping area, with a divider that can provide separation. It should not be assumed to function as a conventional second bedroom.

Questions to settle before choosing a tiny house
- Sleeping access: Decide whether a staircase to the main loft and a removable ladder to the smaller loft suit the people who will use them. The source describes no first-floor sleeping area.
- Exact equipment: Confirm what is included in the specific unit, especially the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, heating and cooling equipment, and projector setup.
- Delivery and placement: Ask for delivery costs to the intended destination and check local rules for where the home may be parked or occupied. The feature does not establish that it can legally stay at any particular site.
- Towing and transport: The article mentions a Ford F-350, but that is not proof that a particular truck can tow the home safely or legally. Verify the exact trailer weight and dimensions, loaded weight, tow-vehicle ratings, route conditions and any licensing requirements for your situation.
- Full-time costs: Obtain the specifications and utility requirements needed to estimate operating costs. The available descriptions do not provide utility-cost data or measured energy consumption.
