Throne and Liberty plans November changes to max-level gear drops, Hit Chance and Evasion, and Skill Core access. The October 2 Resistance Report also outlines three new Skill Cores per weapon. Separate Vegamor Colossus schedule and Guild Battle changes are planned for later in October. These are announced plans, not changes already live; the team says detailed schedules and specifics will come in release notes.
What is changing in November?
The October 2026 Resistance Report, published October 2 and signed by the Throne and Liberty Team, responds to feedback on gear progression, combat stats, and Skill Core acquisition. It gives no exact November patch date, and the plans remain subject to confirmation in release notes.

Max-level gear drops and farming
The team says an error initially made max-level gear drop more often than intended. Restoring the intended probability structure then made progression feel less exciting. Its November plan is to increase max-level gear drop rates while keeping early progression approachable. The report gives no drop percentages or other measure of the planned increase, so players cannot yet tell how much more gear to expect or how the change will affect a particular farming activity.

The report says Hit Chance currently works mainly as a counter to high Evasion. As a result, investing further in Hit Chance can feel less valuable against opponents with little Evasion. The team also notes that some weapon combinations can gain Evasion through skills at relatively low investment.

For November, the team plans to add weapon-specific benefits to Hit Chance and reduce some Dagger Evasion synergy when Daggers are paired with other weapons. The stated aim is to make Hit Chance investment more meaningful and shift more of the Dagger combination’s power toward actively using Dagger mobility skills. The report does not specify which weapons receive which benefits or how large the synergy reduction will be.
