A battery pack usually solves one problem: keeping a phone charged. The MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro’s integrated stand addresses a second one. It can hold a compatible phone upright for hands-free viewing while the phone is charging, which is handy for reading or watching something when there is no desk or phone stand nearby.

Check compatibility and portability before buying
Magnetic attachment and wireless charging depend on the phone and case. Anker lists supported iPhone models and case requirements on its product page, so check that current list for your exact setup rather than assuming any phone or case will attach properly.
Anker lists the UK model’s weight as 220g. T3 describes the 10,000mAh pack as easy to carry in a bag, but probably not pocket-sized for many people. If you want an everyday pocket battery, the stand and charging features may not outweigh the added size and weight; compare the pack with a smaller wired charger against how often you would actually use hands-free viewing.

Freeman-Mills also reports that the bank’s fan runs during wireless charging and that its display shows connected-device information. Those are observations from the T3 review, rather than manufacturer guarantees about what every user will experience. They may matter if you prefer a silent charger or want a simple battery without a display.
