Keep the complaint in proportion
Because no AirPods generation, device combination, or software version is specified, it would be misleading to blame a particular model or claim that every owner will encounter the same behavior. Automatic switching is a documented feature; dissatisfaction with how it behaves is a plausible complaint about the experience of using AirPods across devices, not proof of a universal hardware failure.
