The October Prime Day deal article identifies the vacuum as the BISSELL PowerClean DualBrush cordless stick vacuum, model 4196K, and reports a $199.99 price—$160 below a stated $359.99 original price. That Amazon offer has not been independently confirmed, and prices can change; check the listing for the same model and current price before buying.
Which Bissell vacuum is in the deal?
It is the BISSELL PowerClean DualBrush cordless stick vacuum. BISSELL’s U.S. product page identifies the model as 4196K. BISSELL’s PowerClean DualBrush 4196K listing showed $259.99 when indexed, with $359.99 displayed as a crossed-out price. That manufacturer listing does not verify the separate Amazon offer reported by CNCB News on October 6, 2026.

What does the reported discount mean?
CNCB News reported the vacuum at $199.99, or $160 below its stated $359.99 original price. The arithmetic matches those two figures, but the offer was not independently confirmed against Amazon, and no price-history evidence establishes that it is the model’s lowest price. Treat $199.99 as a time-sensitive reported deal, not a guaranteed current price or independently verified saving.

What should you check before buying?
- Match the model: Confirm that the listing is for PowerClean DualBrush model 4196K, rather than another PowerClean model.
- Check the live price: The reported Amazon price was not independently confirmed, and the BISSELL page showed a different price when indexed.
- Consider the runtime you need: For floor cleaning, use the floor-head figures above; the longer handheld-only runtime is a different configuration.
- Check included tools and fit: Compare the listing’s accessories with the tools you need, and verify model compatibility before ordering replacement parts. BISSELL’s PowerClean DualBrush parts page covers the PowerClean family and is for Canadian model 4196C, so do not assume every listed part fits 4196K.
The deal coverage describes the vacuum as suited to routine cleanup of pet hair, crumbs, dust, and dirt on floors, furniture, stairs, and in narrow spaces. Those are editorial descriptions, not independent test results.
