The coldplate has 40 fins over the CPU tile area, with 0.2 mm slot and fin widths. Above and below that area are 30 additional fins, each 0.3 mm wide, intended for flow distribution. These dimensions describe the manufacturer’s design; they do not establish a temperature advantage or cooling ranking without controlled test results.

Ports, lighting and cover
The inlet and outlet use standard female G1/4-inch threads, each stated to be 6 mm deep. RGB lighting connects to a motherboard 3-pin 5V/DATA/GND ARGB header. A magnetic cover can hide the screws and mounting hardware, allowing the block to be shown with or without those parts visible.

Loop and pressure precautions
- Do not use coolant-contact aluminum parts in the loop, according to the manufacturer’s warning.
- Use coolant containing biocides and corrosion inhibitors, and free of particles that could restrict flow or clog the loop.
- The manufacturer specifies a maximum operating pressure of 0.6 bar for the loop. The included 1-bar certificate is a test certificate, not permission to operate the assembled loop at 1 bar; observe the applicable limits for all components.
- Perform an air-pressure leak test before filling, then check regularly for leaks during the first 24 hours after filling.
Follow the current installation manual for the exact procedure. A custom loop requires compatible components, assembly and leak checking; buying the block alone does not provide a complete cooling system.

A useful comparison would require results from controlled testing with the same processor, power limits, ambient conditions, coolant, pump and radiator setup, plus a stated mounting method. For direct-die use, socket support alone is not enough: confirm that the block and mounting arrangement are intended for that specific configuration.
