WWE SmackDown Vault
WWE SmackDown Vault collects selected material from SmackDown, from its Attitude Era origins through later periods. Its focus is the blue brand’s historic matches, milestones and notable moments, not current weekly episodes.
WWE NXT Vault
WWE NXT Vault is built around NXT’s developmental and in-ring history. Its description referenced selected Premium Live Events, classic encounters and TakeOver-era material, giving viewers an archive-oriented route into NXT’s past.

None of the three should be described as a complete, episode-by-episode replacement for the WWE Network archive. “Vault” means a curated selection, and the exact catalog depends on licensing and territory.
When did the programs arrive?
The initial U.S. archive and compilation rollout began on January 1, 2025, according to contemporaneous reports that identified the titles in Netflix’s upcoming listings (Khel Now; Sports Illustrated). That date is different from Raw’s live Netflix premiere on January 6, 2025, from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles (Netflix Tudum’s recap).

Release timing was not necessarily identical for every archive title or every country. A listing in the U.S. “coming soon” lineup described the rollout; it did not establish one worldwide debut date for all three Vaults.

They were part of a larger WWE Netflix slate
The Vaults were only one part of the early U.S. lineup. Other listed programs included WWE Road to WrestleMania, WWE Superstar Profiles, WWE Raw Classics, WWE RAW Top 10, WWE Legend Profiles and WWE Best of Raw 2024, alongside weekly Raw episodes. That is why the phrase “three new WWE shows” can be misleading. Reports were identifying three new Vault-branded archive listings within a wider content transition, not announcing exactly three Netflix original series.

The January 6 premiere featured current stars and storylines, including appearances and matches involving The Rock, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, CM Punk and Seth Rollins. That live event was related to the Netflix transition, but it was not one of the three Vault programs.

U.S. and international availability
Netflix’s WWE catalog has never been identical in every market. WWE’s announcement covered the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Latin America and additional territories, with other WWE shows and specials available internationally where applicable (WWE’s partnership announcement).

For a current 2026 check, search the WWE category in your local Netflix app rather than relying on a U.S. or international list published in 2025.

Netflix became a major WWE distribution partner as WWE Network shut down in many international markets. The transition reorganized selected historical content and current programming on Netflix, but it did not guarantee that every WWE Network item would appear everywhere at once. Territory rights, licensing and catalog decisions still determine what a subscriber can watch.
