The main route is straightforward, but one trophy is missable—and PowerPyx reported that the no-death trophy appeared bugged when its guide was published on October 3, 2026. Use this spoiler-light checklist to plan a collectible sweep and know what to verify before starting.
Before you start: access, platforms, and route
The Shores is additional content for Little Nightmares III. Bandai Namco lists it for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. It can be purchased separately, but it is also included in the Deluxe Edition and Secrets of The Spiral Expansion Pass. Check your edition and account entitlements before buying so you do not pay twice. Bandai Namco’s announcement is dated September 30, 2026; PowerPyx lists October 1 as the release date, so the sources differ on the date.

You also need the base game. The official game page describes solo play with an AI companion and online co-op with a friend; the DLC announcement does not clarify whether The Shores changes those options. The story premise is simple: Low and Alone are trying to reach a lighthouse beacon, crossing flooded spaces, waterways, submerged passages, and areas with leeches, puzzles, and other hazards. PowerPyx says to launch the chapter from chapter select by choosing the mirror marked “The Shores.” Its October 3, 2026 guide estimates 3/10 difficulty, around one hour to 100%, and one minimum playthrough. These are the guide author’s estimates, not guarantees. It recommends collecting everything in one run and says chapter select can be used for cleanup. Its guide also notes eight profile save slots, one autosave per slot, and no manual saves; do not count on a manual rollback if you miss something. Antagonist highlighting in Accessibility settings is an optional guide tip, not a requirement.

PowerPyx lists six offline trophies and zero online trophies. Its guide identifies one missable trophy, but does not name it in the overview; the no-death requirement is the main run-wide condition to keep in mind.

Wave Goodbye
Complete the chapter. PowerPyx lists this as an automatic story trophy, so no separate collectible or interaction is needed.

Shipshape: collect the 11 paper boats
Find all 11 paper boats across the chapter. The trophy depends on the complete set, so check side spaces and reachable routes as you go rather than treating the chapter as a straight sprint. PowerPyx says chapter select is available for missed tasks; use it to revisit the chapter for cleanup rather than assuming you can manually restore an earlier save.
Service!: bounce on the ball
At the counter with a bell, bounce on the ball to trigger the trophy. If you pass the counter without doing it, revisit through chapter select.

Battering Ram: destroy the six sandcastles
In the beach area, destroy all six sandcastles. Sweep the area before moving on; the trophy is tied to the full set, not just one collision.
See Ya, Suckers: attempt a no-death run cautiously
PowerPyx’s interpretation is that this trophy requires finishing The Shores without dying. The same guide reported it was bugged or unobtainable as of October 3, 2026. That is a dated third-party report, not a publisher-confirmed diagnosis or proof of its current status, so check current patch information before committing to a dedicated run. PowerPyx suggests restarting at a checkpoint if death seems imminent; that is guide advice, not an official fix or a guarantee that the trophy will unlock.

3-Pointer: score with the brick and basket
Near the end of the chapter, pull the basket toward the ladder, climb up, and throw a brick into the basket. The order matters: position the basket first, then take the elevated throwing position.

A practical one-run plan
- Choose the “The Shores” mirror in chapter select and begin a deliberate collectible sweep.
- Search each area for paper boats and complete local challenges before moving on: the ball at the bell counter and all six sandcastles on the beach.
- If attempting the no-death trophy, play cautiously and remember that the guide’s checkpoint-restart suggestion is not an official fix; check current trophy status first.
- Complete the basket-and-brick challenge near the end, then finish the chapter for “Wave Goodbye.”
- Use chapter select to revisit missed tasks. PowerPyx says cleanup is possible, but the guide also reports no manual saves, so do not rely on restoring a hand-picked save point.
