Will the game still work offline after service ends?
Genius Sonority’s official FAQ says a Nintendo Account and an internet connection are needed to play the main game. It says only Offline Catch can be played without an internet connection. That describes the game’s current requirements; it does not establish whether Offline Catch or any other mode will work after service termination. No post-shutdown playability details are confirmed.

Can you finish the game without paying, and is Nintendo Switch Online required?
The developer FAQ says players can play through to the end for free. Jewels can be earned during gameplay or purchased to help progress. The FAQ also says Nintendo Switch Online is not required. That does not remove the separate internet-connection and Nintendo Account requirements for normal gameplay.
Are paid Jewels refundable if the service ends?
The FAQ’s general answer is that purchased Jewels and paid items are not refunded. The terms of service describe legal exceptions but do not explain a shutdown-specific refund or claim process. No special process for unused Jewels or other paid items has been verified, so players should not assume one exists.

Do saves and Jewels transfer between Switch and Switch 2?
According to the developer FAQ, using the same Nintendo Account on Switch and Switch 2 shares save data, and claimed Jewels are shared between those console versions. The FAQ says the game cannot be played on both consoles simultaneously. It also notes platform-specific restrictions for paid currency; if a network problem prevented a purchase from being claimed, the FAQ directs players to claim it on the version where it was bought. What kind of game is The New Denpa Men?
Nintendo lists The New Denpa Men as digital software for Switch 2, while Genius Sonority’s July 22, 2024 release announcement described the game as a free download with some paid items. These details explain the game’s distribution model; they do not indicate that a physical edition or a particular purchase can preserve access if service ends.
