The Money Factory is no longer operating: its main-domain notice says it permanently ceased operations on August 9, 2026, and is accepting no new registrations, purchases, or gameplay. If you are looking for a similar site, treat names such as Crown Coins, LoneStar, RealPrize, Stake.us, and McLuck as options to investigate—not guaranteed replacements. Check your location’s eligibility and each operator’s current rules before signing up.
What happened to The Money Factory?
The Money Factory’s notice on its main domain says the service permanently ceased operations on August 9, 2026. The company says it is no longer accepting registrations, purchases, or gameplay. It also says account records, balances, and pending redemption requests were preserved during the wind-down. These are the company’s statements; they do not confirm that every pending redemption has been completed or establish when one might be resolved. For questions or account-record requests, use the shutdown contact listed in the official notice.

There is also a dated, location-specific regulatory issue. In a February 4, 2026 letter, the Illinois Gaming Board said it had not licensed or authorized The Money Factory for online gambling activity in Illinois and demanded that the service block Illinois residents or stop offering cash, gift cards, and other prizes. That letter concerns Illinois; it is not a nationwide ruling. Read the board’s letter.

How to compare a replacement
Check whether your location is eligible
Read the operator’s current official rules for your state before creating an account. The Illinois Gaming Board’s action shows why access and prize rules can depend on location; one state’s position does not settle the rules everywhere.

Understand promotional currencies and free-entry rules
Find out what each promotional currency represents, how it can be obtained, and what rules apply to using or redeeming it. Virtual coins and promotional offers are not cash, and an advertised offer is not guaranteed winnings. Check the operator’s sweepstakes and promotional rules rather than relying only on a comparison page.
Read redemption conditions before playing
Check the current minimum redemption threshold, identity-verification requirements, available methods, processing terms, and restrictions. These details can differ between operators and may change; a third-party comparison is not a substitute for the operator’s current terms.

Compare the experience only where it matters to you
Look at the game library and whether the service supports the app or browser access you prefer. Casino.org’s comparisons discuss games and mobile access, but catalogs and features are date-sensitive. For context, its August 2026 review described The Money Factory’s former catalog as having more than 3,700 games from 20-plus providers; that is a historical third-party figure, not a current catalog or a promise that another site has comparable selection. Read the August 2026 review.
Review responsible-play tools
Read the operator’s current responsible-play information and decide on limits before playing. Casino-style entertainment should not be treated as a way to earn income. The former service’s terms characterized this kind of activity as recreation, but those terms do not establish what safeguards a separate operator currently offers.

Does a different Money Factory domain mean the service is back?
No such conclusion is established by the reviewed material. A separate site, themoneyfactorycasino.com, has its own terms page and a “Play Now” message, but the available sources do not establish that it is the same operator or an authorized continuation of the closed main-domain service. The separate page is not evidence that The Money Factory has resumed operations. View the separate terms page.
