The low price makes its comfortable fit, wired simplicity and broad compatibility appealing; it does not improve its merely adequate audio or microphone, and it won’t block much surrounding noise. PC Gamer reported the deal on October 5, 2026, so check the listing and colour before buying.
What the reported deal includes
PC Gamer reported the black Glorious GHS Eternal at $26.31 on Amazon on October 5, 2026, against a stated $59.99 reference price. The article described that as a 56% discount, or $33.68 off. It also listed the white version at $39.99, so the under-$30 price was specific to the black colourway—not a general price for every version.

The GHS Eternal is a wired headset with a standard 3.5 mm connection. PC Gamer’s April 30, 2026 review lists 40 mm drivers, a 20 Hz–20 kHz frequency response, a detachable omnidirectional microphone, a weight of 255 g and a two-year warranty. The review says the plug works with PCs, smartphones, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox; whether a particular device needs an adapter depends on its port.
#1 Best Overall
- TRULY GLORIOUS AUDIO - GHS Eternal brings your truly glorious audio and unbeatable immersion with custom tuned high-fidelity drivers that deliver clear and well balanced sound, making it easier to pick out every footstep, roar or tyre screech.
- CRYSTAL CLEAR DETACHABLE MICROPHONE - Crystal clear detachable mic that makes all your callouts and team chat impossible to miss, no matter your choice of words…
- MEMORY FOAM COMFORT - A padded suspension headband, breathable ear cups and a lightweight balanced fit that stays comfortable deep into the “ just one more game” hours, making one more game turn into 2
- RAGE-PROOF, GAMING-PROOF, YOU-PROOF: Designed and built with reinforced materials, GHS Eternal can handle intense marathon sessions, being your every day carry and the occasional rage moment
- ON-EAR CONTROLS - Take your GHS Eternal on the go, with on-ear controls, you can stop, play, pause and skip your music and find the right soundtrack for your IRL main character moments.
Its strengths are straightforward rather than flashy. The reviewer praised the comfortable fit, sturdy construction and tactile volume knob on the left earcup. A wired connection also means there is no headset battery to run flat during a session.
Where the compromises matter
Sound and microphone quality are adequate, not standout
PC Gamer reviewer Jess Kinghorn described the audio input and output quality as “just okay.” The detachable mic is suitable for calls and Discord, but the review noted that breaths and plosive sounds can distort. If clear voice capture is central to your setup, PC Gamer identified the Corsair HS55 Stereo as having a cleaner microphone at the same $60 review-time price; that does not establish its current price or make it a verified under-$30 alternative.

- TRIFORCE TITANIUM 50 MM DRIVERS — Our cutting-edge proprietary design divides the driver into 3 parts for the individual tuning of highs, mids, and lows—producing brighter, clearer audio with richer highs and more powerful lows
- HYPERCLEAR CARDIOID MIC — An improved pickup pattern ensures more voice and less noise as it tapers off towards the mic’s back and sides, with the sweet spot easily placed at the mouth because of the mic’s bendable design
- ADVANCED PASSIVE NOISE CANCELLATION — Sturdy closed earcups fully cover the ears to prevent noise from leaking into the headset, with its cushions providing a closer seal for more sound isolation
- LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN WITH MEMORY FOAM EAR CUSHIONS — At just 240 g, the headset features thicker headband padding and memory foam ear cushions with leatherette to keep gaming in peak form during grueling tournaments and training sessions
- VOLUME WHEEL — Its on-headset control makes it convenient to adjust audio levels without having to fiddle with any system or program settings
It offers little isolation
This is not a noise-cancelling headset. PC Gamer’s deal article says it has no active noise cancellation, while the review found almost no passive sound isolation. It makes more sense in a relatively quiet room than in a noisy home, shared office or other space where you need to shut out surrounding sound.
Is it worth buying below $30?
At the reported $26.31 price, the basic model’s practical strengths are easier to accept alongside its average sound and mic. It is a sensible fit if you want a comfortable, durable wired headset for gaming and everyday calls, can use a 3.5 mm connection, and do not need noise isolation or especially polished voice quality.
Rank #3
- Lightweight Design: Weighing in at only 8.5 oz (240 g), G335 is smaller and lighter than the G733, features a suspension headband to help distribute weight and is adjustable for a customized fit.
- All-day Comfort: Soft memory foam ear pads and sports mesh material are comfortable for extended use so you can take your gaming to the next level in style and comfort.
- Plug and Play: Quickly jump into your game and simply connect with the 3.5 mm audio jack; these colorful headphones are compatible with PC, laptop, gaming consoles, and select mobile devices.
- Headset Controls: The volume roller is located directly on the ear cup to quickly turn up your game or music, while the mic can be easily flipped up to mute and move it out of the way.
- Impressive Sound: With 40 mm neodymium drivers, the G335 computer gaming headset delivers crisp, clear stereo sound that makes your game come alive.
It is a weaker choice if your priority is microphone clarity, blocking background noise, or USB-C and wireless features. Those are meaningful trade-offs, not shortcomings that disappear with a discount.

PC Gamer’s review listed the basic GHS Eternal at $60 and the GHS Eternal RGB at $90 at review time; those figures are historical, not current pricing. The RGB model adds a choice of 3.5 mm or USB-C connection, a USB-C-to-USB-A dongle, a chat-mix knob, a floating headband and RGB lighting. The reviewer found the basic headset more comfortable over a full day and considered the RGB model’s price premium difficult to justify. If you are shopping now, compare live prices and decide whether those extra controls and connection options are worth paying for.

Quick buying checklist
- Confirm the black GHS Eternal is actually below $30 on the live listing.

- Choose it for comfort, simple wired use and broad device compatibility—not noise cancellation or top-tier mic quality.
- If considering another headset, compare its current price, fit, microphone clarity and isolation rather than relying on old review-time prices.
