It lists up to 100 miles in single-motor mode and 50–70 miles in dual-motor mode. Those are manufacturer estimates, not independent test results.
What does “4000W” mean on the X9 Ultra?
TESWAY’s US specification page describes the X9 Ultra as a 60V dual-motor e-bike with two 1,200W rated motors. Each motor is listed at 2,000W peak, making 4,000W the combined peak figure. Rated power and peak power are different measures: the headline 4,000W figure is not the listed continuous rated output. TESWAY also lists 120 N·m of torque per motor, or 240 N·m combined. The page lists five pedal-assist levels, a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, a default speed of 15 mph and a maximum speed of 43 mph. The speed figures are TESWAY claims; actual performance can depend on the bike’s configuration, conditions and applicable settings.
How far can the TESWAY X9 Ultra go on a charge?
For the current US listing, TESWAY specifies a 60V 30Ah battery and gives different estimates by drive mode:

TESWAY’s FAQ says load, tire pressure, terrain and weather affect range. The X9 AWD manual adds that rough roads and hills, frequent speed changes and heavier loads use more energy; correct tire inflation and pedaling can help extend a ride. Why does the title say 120 miles?
The current US page lists a 100-mile maximum for single-motor operation. TESWAY’s UK page, by contrast, gives a 70–120-mile single-motor estimate and the same 50–70-mile dual-motor estimate. The 120-mile figure therefore appears on a regional listing, but it should not be silently applied to the current US specification. Check the page for the exact market and version you intend to buy. What equipment and carrying capacity does TESWAY list?
The US product page lists full suspension, a hydraulic front fork, four-piston hydraulic brakes, 26 × 4.0-inch Kenda fat tires, Shimano 7-speed gearing and a removable battery. TESWAY gives a maximum payload of 400 lb. This is a manufacturer-stated limit, not a recommendation to exceed the bike’s manual or local requirements.

Because the exact revision is unclear, confirm rotor size and bike weight with TESWAY or the seller for the specific unit rather than relying on either conflicting figure.

TESWAY lists the package contents as the bike, manual, toolkit, battery, charger, headlight, display, fenders, horn, seat, reflectors, NFC cards and pedals. Verify what is included with the seller before ordering, particularly if buying a regional or revised version.

Certifications and water resistance
TESWAY states that the e-bike system is UL 2849 certified by TÜV and the battery is UL 2271 certified. These are manufacturer statements; check the applicable certification records and confirm they cover the exact model and battery configuration being sold. TESWAY also describes the bike as IPX6 water-resistant, while advising against heavy downpours and submersion. Water resistance is not permission to ride through or store the bike in conditions the manufacturer warns against.

Start cautiously and check local rules
The manual cautions that pedal assist can make the bike accelerate unexpectedly for someone accustomed to a regular bicycle. It advises riders not to begin by pedaling hard and recommends cautious practice when starting out. Build familiarity with the controls and assist behavior in a safe area before riding in traffic or around others.
E-bike definitions and permitted speed or power vary by jurisdiction. TESWAY’s manual says local laws apply and advises checking local rules before using full-power mode. The listed 43 mph maximum does not establish that the bike qualifies as a road-legal e-bike where you live; confirm classification, access rules and any registration or equipment requirements with the relevant local authority.
