Queen Large product-sheet model
TEMPUR’s Queen Large product sheet lists dimensions of 610 × 310 mm and contour heights of 85 mm and 115 mm. Those measurements apply to that specified size and sheet; they should not be treated as universal dimensions for every Original pillow.

Who is it likely to suit?
The clearest fit is a back or side sleeper who likes a contoured, medium-firm-style pillow and can find a height that feels comfortable. TEMPUR recommends beginning size selection with upper-body size. That is a starting point, not a guarantee of fit: your preferred loft, mattress and posture also affect how a pillow feels.
- Back sleepers: The manufacturer identifies back sleeping as an intended use. Consider whether the contour and selected height feel comfortable when your head and neck are resting naturally.
- Side sleepers: Side sleeping is also an intended use. Choose a profile that feels appropriate for your build and sleeping setup rather than assuming the tallest option is best.
- Stomach sleepers: The cited product sheet does not establish suitability for this position. If you sleep mainly on your stomach, try the pillow if possible and check the seller’s return terms before purchase.
In a side-sleeper roundup, Ideal Home’s reviewer reported a favorable personal impression of support from the Original SmartCool. That is one reviewer’s experience with that variant, not a controlled comparison or a prediction of comfort for every sleeper.

How should you care for it?
Care instructions differ between the official materials for the versions covered here. TEMPUR UK says the current SmartCool cover is removable and washable at up to 40°C; the same listing says not to wash, sponge or dry-clean the pillow itself, warning that doing so could damage the material and invalidate the guarantee. The Queen Large product sheet, by contrast, says its cover can be machine washed up to 60°C.
Follow the care label and documentation supplied with your own pillow. Do not transfer the 60°C instruction to a different version, and do not wash the foam pillow itself based on either source. TEMPUR UK says spare covers may be purchased separately and identifies TEMPUR-FIT pillowcases as optional; compatibility across generations is not established, so verify the exact size and model before ordering.

Guarantee, returns and buying checks
TEMPUR UK lists a three-year guarantee for the current Original SmartCool. That is a UK listing detail, not a universal guarantee for every Original pillow or market. The Queen Large product sheet also states a three-year guarantee, but the terms applicable to an individual purchase should be checked with the relevant local seller and product documentation.
