How do the two drawers and sync cooking work?
Each drawer can cook a different food at a different temperature, according to Tefal. The sync function is intended to coordinate their finish times, so components of a meal can be cooked separately but ready together. The smaller drawer can also be used on its own; Tefal presents the larger one as the option for bigger ingredients and both drawers together for a family meal.

In practice, the asymmetric layout is most relevant if you often want one large portion alongside a smaller side dish. It is less useful if you specifically need two equally sized cooking zones. Tefal’s feature description does not establish how well particular foods cook together or provide independently verified timing guidance.

Tefal lists eight presets: fries, chicken, vegetables, fish, dessert, dehydration, manual cooking and grill. It also describes air frying, grilling, baking, roasting, reheating and dehydrating as available cooking options. These are manufacturer-listed functions; the available information does not provide independent comparative results for each mode.

The listed bundle includes a die-cast grill plate and a standard grid. Tefal Australia Support says the door and accessories are dishwasher-safe. That is a useful stated cleanup specification, not a hands-on assessment of how easy the appliance is to clean. Replacement-part availability is not established by these product details.

Tefal advertises up to 70% less energy, up to 99% less added fat and up to 40% faster cooking. These are vendor-published claims, and the stated test contexts matter: the UK product page says the speed comparison used 1,000 g of frozen fries against a Tefal convection oven, while its energy comparison was based on frozen-fries testing conducted in 2022. Tefal ties the added-fat figure to frozen-fries testing on its product pages. None of these figures establishes the same saving or speed for other foods, recipes, ovens or household use.
