Its 1.0 release added playable Tetramon matches against NPCs, but the available facts establish what the game offers—not how satisfying, smooth or well-balanced it feels in extended play. Treat this as a feature and buying guide, not a hands-on verdict.
What you do in TCG Card Shop Simulator
Developed by OPNeon Games, TCG Card Shop Simulator puts you in charge of a trading-card shop. You design the space, place shelves and packs, order stock, set prices and respond to customer demand. You can open booster packs, then decide whether to sell rare pulls or keep them for your collection. Shop earnings go toward expanding the store, unlocking card sets and upgrading facilities. The official Steam description also advertises in-store card-game events. Steam store page

The appeal described by those systems is a repeating management-and-collection loop: stock the store, sell to customers, and use the proceeds to grow it, while pack openings offer a separate reason to pursue cards. Whether that routine stays engaging over many hours is a matter for direct play; the published feature list does not establish pacing, balance or long-term variety.

What the 1.0 update adds
The game entered Steam Early Access on 15 September 2024, and its Steam listing gives 14 September 2026 as the 1.0 release date. OPNeon Games’ FAQ for that release says the Tetramon card game became playable, with matches against NPCs. The developer said multiplayer was not planned for the near future at the time of the FAQ, published 14 September 2026. That is a dated statement, not a guarantee about later plans. The same FAQ says version 0.70 saves carry over to 1.0, while cross-save between consoles and Steam was unavailable at that time. It also described additional roadmap items as future updates. The developer’s official Steam Community post called 1.0 a milestone rather than the end of development, and said the game would continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. These are the developer’s statements as of 14 September 2026.
Is it a good fit for you?
If you enjoy shop-management routines
The central activities are arranging a store, ordering stock, setting prices and expanding from sales. The official description identifies these systems, but does not show how much hands-on friction or decision-making each involves. If repeated stocking, selling and upgrading is the kind of loop you seek, those are the game’s core attractions; a feature list alone cannot tell you whether their execution will hold your interest.

If you want card collecting and battles
Booster openings and the choice to keep rare cards connect the shop loop to collection goals. The 1.0 update also makes Tetramon matches against NPCs playable, adding a card-game activity. The available product information does not establish how deep the collection goals or battles are, or whether they provide enough variety over time.
If you want multiplayer
The Steam listing identifies the game as single-player. OPNeon Games’ 14 September 2026 FAQ said multiplayer was not planned in the near future, so do not buy on the assumption that you can run a shop or play Tetramon with friends online. Steam store page

What this guide can—and cannot—conclude
The verified product information makes the game’s intended structure clear: run a card shop, build its stock and space, collect cards, and, since 1.0, play Tetramon against NPCs. It also establishes a solo focus and gives Windows requirements. It does not establish whether the daily routine feels satisfying, how well the game performs, what bugs remain, or whether the systems stay compelling after many hours. Those judgments require hands-on play on a specified build and PC.
For wider launch context, GamesRadar+ reported 4 million players in its 14 September 2026 coverage. That is a secondary outlet’s reported figure, not a player total stated on the official Steam store page. GamesRadar+ launch coverage
