As of 13 October 2026, the available notice says Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited’s board was scheduled to consider its unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September. The material available here does not establish whether the board approved or published those results. Separately, Mint showed TARIL at Rs 300.30 on the BSE at 12:17:21 IST that day—not a closing price. The company’s BSE 500 membership is also not independently confirmed by the sources available.

A notice summary reproducing a BSE corporate notice said a board meeting was scheduled for 13 October 2026 to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. That establishes the scheduled agenda, not the outcome. No Q2 or H1 statement or board approval is established by the available information, so investors should check the company’s exchange filing for the actual result before relying on earnings figures.

“Q2” refers to the quarter ended 30 September 2026; the half-year figures cover the six months ended on that date. Standalone and consolidated results are separate reporting bases and should not be mixed when comparing performance.

What does the Rs 300 share-price report mean?
Mint’s market page showed a BSE price of Rs 300.30 at 12:17:21 IST on 13 October 2026. Its displayed intraday range was Rs 291.00–Rs 308.70. The snapshot supports saying the quoted price was above Rs 300 at that time; it does not establish the closing price or explain why the share moved.
The same page showed a 52-week range of Rs 224.30 to Rs 496.00. Those are historical market observations as displayed in that snapshot, not a valuation assessment or a forecast. A single intraday quote cannot establish whether the stock is cheap or expensive, nor whether a move was caused by the scheduled results event.

What is the latest reported financial baseline?
The latest official results identified here are TARIL’s unaudited standalone Q1 FY2026-27 results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, in an NSE integrated filing. They provide a reference point, not Q2 results. The filing describes the company’s single segment as “Manufacturing of transformers and reactors.”

These figures are standalone and unaudited. The board outcome dated 20 July 2026 states that the board approved the Q1 standalone and consolidated results and the statutory auditor’s limited review reports. That earlier approval says nothing about the September quarter.
Is TARIL confirmed as a BSE 500 stock?
The available sources do not verify current BSE 500 index membership against an official constituent list. The title’s index description should therefore be treated as unconfirmed until checked against the index provider’s current list. Index membership is distinct from the company’s BSE listing and security code.

Once the exchange filing is available, use comparisons that keep the reporting basis and time period consistent:
Rank #4
- Compare standalone Q2 with standalone Q2 a year earlier, and consolidated with consolidated.
- Compare H1 FY2026-27 with the corresponding prior-year half-year period.
- Review revenue, operating profitability, profit after tax and EPS together rather than relying on one headline figure.
- Read the notes for exceptional items and management commentary, including any disclosed context on order execution.
Quarter-to-quarter changes need care: the available information does not quantify TARIL’s seasonality or show how project delivery timing affected this particular period. The cited sources also do not establish a cause for the share-price movement. Investors should not infer either from the schedule or the intraday price alone.
