Steam’s base-game page lists the seven level-up products independently from the Deluxe bundle. They are not described as additional tracks or artbook features, so do not assume that buying one of those items grants the Deluxe contents.

What does the Battle BGM Pack do?
The Battle BGM Pack lets you replace the standard battle music with battle tracks from earlier games in the Tales series. Nintendo describes it as a Deluxe-only benefit: access is provided through the Deluxe Edition or Deluxe Upgrade Pack, rather than as part of the standard game. The Nintendo listing is platform- and region-specific, so verify that the edition shown is for your console and storefront: Battle BGM Pack on Nintendo’s US store.
How to activate the Battle BGM Pack in-game
Bandai Namco’s DLC instructions give the following route. The labels may appear in the platform’s supported language; the Japanese instruction identifies the same menu sequence.

- Launch Tales of Eternia Remastered after the DLC entitlement has been installed.
- Open Menu > Items > Other.
- Select the Battle BGM Pack, then choose the option to unlock and enable it.
- Open the Custom menu to preview the available tracks and set the battle music you want to use.
If the pack does not appear, confirm that you purchased the Deluxe Edition or Deluxe Upgrade Pack on the same account, allow the platform to finish downloading the add-on, and install the latest game update. Bandai Namco says the upgrade product requires an internet-connected console and access to the relevant platform network; a current patch may be required. On Steam, the Digital Artbook & Soundtrack is a separate application. After purchasing or redeeming Deluxe content, open your Steam Library, locate the separate artbook/soundtrack entry associated with the purchase, install it and launch it independently of the game. It will not necessarily appear as a tab inside the remaster itself.

The Steam listing states that the digital soundtrack contains all 109 in-game BGM tracks (credited on the listing to Bandai Namco Entertainment, 2026). That count describes the listed in-game music collection; it does not mean that every track is available through the Battle BGM Pack during combat. The BGM Pack is the gameplay customization feature, while the soundtrack application is the listening and artbook product.
What is in the Super Growth Support Item Set?
The Deluxe descriptions name the Super Growth Support Item Set as a bundled component, but the cited store text does not provide a per-item inventory or numeric effect list for that set. Treat it as a separate support-item bundle and rely on the live platform description for the exact items and usage rules in your region. The seven Lv. Up+5 and Lv. Up+10 products are listed separately and should not be conflated with the named Super Growth Support Item Set.

Common access problems
The BGM option is missing
Check that the Deluxe entitlement is installed, update the game, restart it after the download completes, and follow Menu > Items > Other to unlock and enable the pack before looking in Custom.

Look for the separate Digital Artbook & Soundtrack application in your Steam Library. Steam treats it as an independent product, so launching the main game alone will not open it.

The upgrade cannot be purchased or launched
Verify that the account owns the base game, that the DLC is being bought for the same platform and region, and that the console or PC is connected to the platform network. A required game patch can also block activation until installed.
