What “free” means in T-Mobile’s Razr+ 2026 offer
T-Mobile advertises up to $1,100 in promotional bill credits for the Motorola Razr+ 2026. The credits apply over time under the offer’s terms, rather than making the phone free at checkout. The qualifying line must remain active and in good standing. T-Mobile says to allow two bill cycles for credits to appear.

These are the plan names shown in T-Mobile’s current device-promotion terms. The offer also specifies a qualifying service plan costing at least $100 per month with AutoPay, before taxes and fees. Because public offer terms cannot establish eligibility for a particular account, have T-Mobile confirm your plan and account qualify before you start a financing agreement.
How to check and claim the offer
- Confirm the promotion is still live. Open T-Mobile’s Motorola deals page or the Razr+ 2026 page. Check that “On Us” and up to $1,100 in bill credits are still displayed; the offer can change or end.
- Verify your account-specific eligibility. Confirm that your membership status, qualifying credit, plan and AutoPay setup meet the terms. Ask T-Mobile to verify this before you accept device financing.
- Account for upfront and recurring costs. Budget for the $35 device connection charge and tax on the phone’s pre-credit price at sale, in addition to the monthly plan charge and its taxes and fees.
- Review the credit terms before signing. Confirm how the credits will be applied to your account and allow up to two bill cycles for them to appear, as T-Mobile instructs.
- Check before paying off the phone or leaving. Ask T-Mobile what happens to your remaining credits and financed balance if you plan to pay the device off early or cancel your account.
What can stop the bill credits?
T-Mobile says, “Bill credits end if you pay off device early.” Paying off the phone before the financing term ends can therefore leave you responsible for a remaining balance without future promotional credits. The offer also requires the promotional line to stay active and in good standing.

Canceling your entire T-Mobile account can stop the remaining credits and make the outstanding finance-agreement balance due. T-Mobile advises contacting it before cancellation. Review the live offer terms and ask how a specific account change affects your credits before taking action.
