Those figures describe the product, not independently measured performance: the surfaced CHOICE page keeps test results member-only, so public taste or consistency scores are not available here.

What comes in the box
CHOICE lists the machine, group handle, one- and two-cup dual-wall filters, coffee tamp, measuring spoon, milk-frothing jug and literature as package contents. Retailer descriptions may reflect archived listings or different bundles, so check the contents of the particular unit rather than assuming every used listing includes the full set. Using and maintaining the machine
The EM4820 instruction booklet is the model-specific reference for operation and care. It covers filling the reservoir, choosing a filter, locking the group handle into the brewing head, preparing espresso, texturing milk, cleaning, descaling and troubleshooting. Follow its operating and safety directions rather than relying on generic espresso-machine instructions.
Because the booklet includes descaling instructions, owners should use a descaling product only if its label confirms compatibility with the machine and the booklet’s guidance. No specific descaling formula is established as compatible here.

How to compare it with another espresso machine
Compare models on the features that affect fit and ownership: manual versus automated operation, heating system, reservoir capacity, dimensions, weight, included filters and milk accessories, warranty and availability. Do not treat the EM4820’s stated pump pressure as a substitute for comparable test results. The available public information does not establish a head-to-head performance winner.
